2-4樓KTV吵**，晚上我投訴三次，到凌晨一點都沒法睡，跟前台吵了也解決不了，還叫我自己報警去投訴別人KTV，我要走也不給退房費，給留了酒店經理電話也不接。根本沒法住，連夜兩點打車轉住其他家，以後再也不住。

第一次入住酒店，體驗感非常的不錯，，位置就在廣花一路路邊，離嘉禾望崗地鐵站和白雲機場都很近，前面就有一個高速路口，從機場過來半個小時，門口有免費停車不過車位有限，前台服務也很好，很快就辦理好了入住，電梯也要刷卡才能上酒店感覺很安全，房間風格我很喜歡，非常的輕簡約，衞生也可以，是性價比很高的酒店，物美價廉，旁邊就有大超市，和小吃街，推薦入住[愛心][愛心]

如果不是【特別能睡覺】，請注意我這個特別兩個字，千萬不要定這個套房，單層玻璃房，且共振效應太牛了，樓下每一趟車過，都能聽到和感覺到，直接熬到早上五點才睡着。。。。。
