It’s a pretty alright hotel
Location is good. Next to a beautiful park.
It’s pretty clean for local standards. Nothing too special or too good or bad. The bed is too small, being from The Netherlands. No window, but the air circulation system does the job. Metro stations are within reach. Shopping and eating is walking distance. About 15-30 minutes depending on what you are looking for.

The conditions are beyond praise. There are no paper towels in the toilet, no free drinking water, and no hair dryer. The front desk service was very poor. They even arranged for guests to stay in the room even though they knew it was in a dilapidated state. The toilet seat was leaking and the water was not flushed. The whole house was old and smelly, and the air conditioner was full of dust. The only advantage is that it is close to the Third Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, making it convenient to see a doctor.
