The environment is beyond imagination, the location is quiet, but a few net celebrity farms are also very close by driving out, not far from the riverside of Liuxi. The independent bathing pool in the room is very suitable for a few of our friends to enjoy the hot springs while enjoying the wine, and the refreshing fun of sleeping after bathing in the evening, and I don't want to go to the public bathing pool again after trying it out. 別墅屬於民宿類型，沒有像億城泉説的酒店服務和管理，酒店的相關設施，包括游泳池不能使用。
房間，客廳，廁所等各方面很是陳舊，負一樓到二樓的客房都出現牆黴斑，黴味。部份廁所有臭味，是下水管道排出來的哪種，還有淋浴室的花灑接口漏水等硬件毛病。
服務方面，其實也沒服務，除了送早餐。KTV 的點歌系統是 n 年前的，不但落後而且很多歌點不到，麥克風出現幹擾異響，叫了管家來調試也沒法調好，後面也衹能不了了之。
