這次的房間也沒説不喜歡，衹是少了洗衣機，有點不開心！客服説給我換一間，衹是我個人很怕麻煩，不想換來換去，住下來就不想動了！這個公寓一個月起碼住上幾次的，希望以後都可以給我安排有洗衣機的房間吧！！！

房間打掃衞生乾淨，設施齊全高檔次低消費，周圍環境優美去哪裡都很方便！到地鐵站也近珠江邊走走看看也是一種享受生活

本人有潔癖，房間衞生乾淨。床非常舒服，重點是白色的床單被套看的出來更換過的整齊且無異味（仔細找了一條頭髮都沒有），房間也沒有異味。位置方便，配套齊全。前台服務態度也非常好。

非常臟了，枕頭被子床單都不敢蓋不敢直接接觸，都是油垢的味道。後來直接買了床上一次性用品4件套隔開。
房間都算不上公寓了，廚房很多做飯痕跡，都是廚房用具，浴室都是有人長期用的樣子，沐浴露洗髮水都一樣，瓶子又舊又不滿
地板和牆紙都臟得要死，
上面的房間就是打掃阿姨住。早上晚上走來走去吵死了。

缺點:①見圖一，這一塊突出來的牆差不多佔了床的三分之一吧，很容易撞到頭。同時這裏沒有安裝泡沫等保護裝置。
②出行很不方便，距離地鐵站走路十幾分鍾。
③見圖二，有監控的走廊，你問我這個問題？
④投屏對焦了也不清晰。
⑤酒店回覆很慢。

體驗很差，衞生根本沒搞好房間裏一股怪味，抽屜裏還有上一批人吃剩的麪包屑和垃圾，廁所拖鞋都發臭了也不換，房間配置也很寒酸不夠有誠意，我希望這衹是我的運氣差了，衹能説好好改進吧😔

環境：房間佈置得很温馨。床墊很軟很舒服。設施設備也很齊全，洗衣機冰箱都有。小區環境不錯，樓底下有保安站崗，管理也比較有序。有11樓有天台，晚上可以去吹吹風。唯一就是面積有點小了。
服務：房東人很好，很好溝通，來之前告之了詳細的入住指南，入住無障礙。居住期間，有一些洗漱用品需要補給，溝通反饋也很及時。
交通：交通聽便利的，距離芳村地鐵站步行十分鐘左右到我距離，我們加了一個摩的師傅的聯繫方式，出行更方便了。
