看過這家酒店的差評，入住後果真如此。反正死豬不怕開水燙，説説我的感受吧:床上有螞蟻（來不及拍照）；上大的後，馬桶沖了4次才完事；淋浴房裡還有昨天的積水，排不乾淨；梳子發黴，打前台電話沒接；設施很陳舊，牆布脱落髮黴；住了2個晚上，牙刷、浴巾沒添；第二天我一早出去了，來不及到前台續費，電話聯繫前台續費，前台説在平台續即可，結果比昨天貴了30多元。

位於老城區中心，還算鬧中取靜，周圍都是吃的，離地鐵近，出行方便，考慮到貴陽著名的地下通道，出行可以考慮打車，起步價就可以到周邊景區

標識不是很清楚，轉了兩圈才找到，大家再來就找温州大酒店，都是同一棟樓，入口路邊有個很小的牌子在指，總體而言還是可以，房間很大，去噴水池核心地段也就是一條街，去教堂也很近，樓下不遠小吃店也多。

小姐姐態度非常好，酒店乾淨又衞生。感覺隔音不是太好發現牆體是木板牆，好在運氣好遇到素質高的鄰居，所以住起來感覺還是很舒服的。辦理入住是在温州大酒店的18層，大家導航的時候注意一下，附近小吃便利店很多，值得推薦。

離地鐵站很近 在大樓裏面 樓下就是商業街 吃的用的都很方便 雖然裝修有點老 但很乾凈 房間很大價格也很合適 很適合出行

黃金價格不貴，乾淨衞生，有空調暖氣，總枱在温州大廈18樓，出酒店大門左轉不遠，黔靈東路，小食店多，吃飯很方便，特別是天冷，吃點梅姐地攤火鍋、燃麪很舒服，有時還要排隊。離地鐵不算太遠。打車要在停車場出口附近路邊等，因為周邊都被欄桿圍住了。有點遺憾的就是酒店的標識不明顯，中華北路88號不好找，實際上就是中華北路26號温州大酒店上面。
