XXiaoxiaoemo～The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

HHenghenghahaFive stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

NNV8My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

Hygienic: The atmosphere of the room is simple, the bathroom and sink are very clean, the public area can also see that there are always service staff cleaning, bathing utensils are all available.
Environment: The homestay is next to the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient for visiting Yishui Lake, and you can also climb the observation deck in the homestay to see the lake view.
Service: The staff is very caring, because I want to grill my own skewers, call in advance to help prepare the charcoal fire, dinner and breakfast are eaten at the homestay, the taste is very good, the aunt's handmade milk steamed buns are too fragrant, breakfast is also delivered to the room, the service can be said to be responsive, It is intimate and polite, and makes people feel comfortable.
Because it was a staggered peak trip before Qingming, there were not many people overall, so it was very relaxing. Unfortunately, it just caught up with the strong wind. Yishui Lake was temporarily closed for a day and could not make a trip. Overall, I look forward to the next trip to Yishui Lake.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

Environment: Transportation is very convenient, with taxis frequently stopping at the hotel entrance, offering direct access to all the city attractions for around 6 yuan.
Service: The service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, and the front desk staff checked me in early because they saw there were rooms available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

EEloisa39I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids!
The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying.
One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.
