The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

A hidden gem hotel in Zhuozhou! I wanted to take the mattress home immediately after my stay 😭 I booked the Yicheng Hotel by chance while in Zhuozhou, and I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuozhou for leisure or business! First, the cleanliness is amazing! There was no unpleasant hotel smell as soon as I entered, the sheets and blankets had a clean, sun-kissed scent, and there was no dust in the corners of the bathroom or the crevices of the table. Even the mirror on the sink was sparkling clean—it made me feel so safe and comfortable! The location is also super convenient, with convenience stores and snack shops nearby. You don't have to go far to buy things or eat, perfect for lazy people. What impressed me most was the service and facilities! Both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and they even proactively recommended good restaurants nearby. They were all smiles throughout, making for a fantastic experience! The room facilities were also very new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly and wasn't noisy, the shower had good water pressure and a stable water temperature, and even the hairdryer was powerful! Let me emphasize this mattress! It's absolutely amazing! I'm a light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping in different hotels, but I slept soundly through the night here. The mattress had just the right firmness and excellent support; my back didn't ache at all when I woke up. I asked the front desk for the mattress link the day I checked in, and I'm already planning to get one for my own home! 😂 The room design was also very practical. The bedside table had USB charging ports, the round dining table was large enough for business trips, and there was plenty of space for a clothes rack—perfect for putting away suitcases and hanging clothes. In short, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuozhou! For those of you visiting Zhuozhou, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

The hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

The layout of the room, with no physical barrier between the toilet and the rest of the room, was really uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a persistent strange smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast was just average. Also, it mentioned a minibar, but the fridge wasn't plugged in and was completely empty. If there are no drinks provided, I think they should remove 'minibar' from the description altogether. Everything else was pretty good though.

This is arguably the most upscale hotel in Baoding. It shares a building with other hotels like Atour. Across the street is Hebei University, and there's ample parking, including an underground garage. It's very close to the highway exit and also very near Anjia Donkey Meat Restaurant – you can easily walk there. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and dining are all five-star quality. Highly recommended.

I was in a rush and didn't have time to take any photos. Parking was convenient, and the front desk upgraded my room for free on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and amenities. The reception staff were patient and welcoming, so I stayed another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Baoding.
