GGuest UserI chose Wyndham Xiongan Hotel during the Qingming Festival holiday. It has a good environment and good service. I am very satisfied with my stay. The beautiful manager Yang Huanhuan has a very good service attitude! GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

The electrical equipment in the room automatically turns on, which provides convenience to guests and also reflects the intelligence and modernization of the hotel. *But the air conditioner is really a mess, the room is hot and dry, and it doesn’t help with cooling. I can only turn off the air conditioner and open the windows to relieve the problem. [Bad review]! Also, is it possible to put a trash can in the toilet, which would be more convenient.
[External environment] The hotel covers a very large area. The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. Green trees, fragrant flowers, rippling lakes, pavilions, whitewashed walls and black tiles create a picturesque artistic conception, making people feel like they are in a Jiangnan water town or an ancient garden. Every step is a landscape. , perfect for walking and relaxing.
[Hardware facilities] The hotel is equipped with gyms, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Other badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc. need to be paid by the hour. Building 8 is equipped with an entire parent-child playground, and hotel guests receive discounts.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude.
