It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

My stay at the Wyndham Xiongan Hotel was absolutely amazing, a true star-level experience! The breakfast at the Elements all-day dining restaurant was a feast for the senses, with an incredibly diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. From freshly made beef stew with flatbread to piping hot wontons with fried dough sticks, it was a perfect treat for those from northern China. Freshly squeezed juices, freshly ground coffee, delicate desserts, and fresh fruit were all available – every bite was satisfying. The heated swimming pool on the 3rd floor was fantastic, with 24-hour water circulation ensuring crystal-clear water and a clean, airy environment. It was perfect for a relaxing swim or a family water activity. After swimming, slipping into a comfortable bathrobe was pure bliss. The Royal Banquet Chinese Restaurant was a delightful surprise, helmed by a master chef of Shandong cuisine. Their signature dishes were a feast for the eyes and the palate, combining local ingredients with exquisite culinary skills to create authentic, fresh, and creative dishes. The elegant dining environment was also ideal for business banquets and family gatherings. From the delicious food to the relaxing experience, every detail showed meticulous attention to detail. It truly lives up to its reputation as a high-quality hotel in Xiongan New Area, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip! I also want to thank Manager Yang Huanhuan for arranging the room in advance, which greatly improved my stay. A perfect score!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding looked brand new. Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

I chose this hotel, ranked number one in the Baiyangdian area, for a short trip with my four parents, all in their eighties. I hoped they would be comfortable, walk less, eat well, and that I could personally bathe them since there was a bathtub. The hotel grounds are huge, with ample parking and convenient charging facilities. First, I want to commend the front desk receptionist. It's rare to encounter such a professional and nice hotel receptionist in such a close and beautiful area. Not all the bellboys were proactive. Seeing that we had little luggage, they didn't offer to help, which made me feel there's a lack of service training for elderly guests. Housekeeping staff I met in the hallways were all very friendly. At breakfast in the restaurant, the greeters at the entrance were very enthusiastic, the seating was comfortable, and dishes were cleared promptly – sometimes even cutlery was taken away before I finished. The variety seemed extensive, but the quality was generally mediocre, with no memorable dishes. The gym area was freezing cold, and the pool was also very cold. It's easy to catch a cold going from sweating profusely to extreme cold. From the moment you step into the elevator in Building B, there's a strange, almost foul smell. The air quality in the hallways and rooms wasn't great; the smell was very odd, not a pleasant fragrance. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was fantastic, draining quickly. However, the shower enclosure wasn't sealed well and leaked water outside. The toilet wasn't smart, and the TV was a bit small. The lake within the hotel is large, and there are electric carts for sightseeing. The lotus flowers, koi, and swans made it very lively. An evening stroll was very pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent. I even received a follow-up call after checking out. I hope the hotel continues to improve.

We upgraded to a family room, which is very large and quiet. There is an indoor hot spring pool, which is private and hygienic. After climbing Baishishan Mountain, we soaked in a hot spring, which greatly relieved our fatigue. The breakfast was a Baoding banquet, which was broadcast on the food show on TV. It has rich varieties, authentic taste, and a combination of Chinese and Western styles. It is recommended to stay here!

The front desk staff Yao Tong, Yang Chen, and Liu Siqi have very good service attitude👍. The rooms and bathrooms are large, and there is also a bathtub. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the room linens are also good. It is worth recommending!

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
