EEloisa39I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids!
The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying.
One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and well-equipped. It is a separate small courtyard. The backyard parking lot is large and convenient. The restaurant is elegantly decorated, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the roasted sweet potato and steamed pumpkin are delicious.

LLuopanwuxingThe overall facilities are acceptable, with complete accommodation, sauna, dining, and leisure and entertainment facilities. Responsible for picking up and dropping off at Baiyangdian Station, making it convenient to travel by train. The disadvantage is that the hotel is in a remote location and there are no shopping, entertainment or other places nearby. What I don’t understand is that the two bottles of water in the room are not enough. I asked the front desk for two more bottles and they were charged 4 yuan. This was the price I stayed in for half a month of this trip. The first of 8 or 9 hotels I’ve stayed in, rare!

SsaintdengThere are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel's breakfast was rich, with sufficient dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It’s worth it👍The hotel’s swimming pool is very clean. If you go swimming at night, the facilities are very good. The most important thing is the hotel staff. Whether it is the front desk or the waiters, they always have warm smiles and greetings whenever they meet, making people feel at home. The layout of the room is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. For me, who is a germophobe, every corner is cleaned, which is really great. The room is spacious and has all the basic facilities, absolutely meeting the standards of a star hotel. The breakfast is also good, with good variety.
The downside is that the room smells a bit bad, and the window opens to the corridor, which is something I have never encountered before. There is no privacy guarantee and no sound insulation. Some of the breakfast dishes were not kept warm enough and became cold.
Overall it's pretty good. I paid 200 yuan for it and I was quite amazed when I walked in. At this price, I can't expect too much.
