I reported this place to the Municipal Government Consumer Protection Service, Haikou. AWFUL is the only word. Outdated shabby fixtues, cracked water taps. Front desk is a street-clothes-wearing girl that's unhelpful. No bath mats. I asked for one and they still didn't give me one, although the bathtub floor is slippery. The room door barely hangs there and has signs that someone tried to pry it open with a chisel sometime before. The door eye was ripped out and has a piece of cloth stuffed into it. There's a wall sign in the room stating the ********, pornography and ************ are illegal.
The bath robes and towels are worn out. No complimentary water. No untensils. NOTHING.
On top of all that, I was unable to either cancel that booking or get reimbursed: that hotel does not allow you to do that. I left the place 20 minites after I checked in, and went to another hotel.

住了很多年很多次的酒店，海邊沙灘、泳池、温泉都很棒，酒店有些年頭了設備有點老舊但乾淨整潔。

緊臨假日海灘，自帶游泳池，從陽台上可以看到泳池、沙灘、大海，作為海景房價格比較實惠。停車、逛海灘都很方便。
3月的海灘上有很多海草沒人清運，有點臭。
設施比較老舊，一些插座都是壞的，提供的基本洗漱用品衹能説是有，房間的木門老舊到我懷疑稍微用力點都會壞掉……

住店一次血淚史！太差了，以後絕對不會再來了！絕對的黑店！
1. 設施和評論裏説的一樣：又破又舊，水龍頭是生銹的，浴霸水放半天不熱，廁所地上的污垢超級大一塊，房間打掃一點都不乾淨，拖鞋是臭的，陽台的地板磚都是碎得一塌糊塗。
2.服務員像個大爺一樣，除了離開海岸近位置好一點，其他真是比小賓館還不如，不知道和貴族遊艇酒店的名字哪裡配得上貴族，貴族都感覺被侮辱，如果不是帶小嬰兒不方便早就搬走了。
3.最關鍵的是 : 小嬰兒洗了澡坐床上有水污漬小餅乾掉床上了，火龍果，明明洗得乾淨的，明明是酒店外包給清潔公司一套床單1塊5的成本洗得乾乾淨淨的低成本東西，居然要喊賠償300塊清潔費，你一晚300多400的酒店，批發的破床單清潔費就要200塊？酒店是靠給顧客找茬來賺錢嗎？外包洗滌公司自己都説他們很簡單就處理乾淨，讓交給他們處理就行了，當著前台的面交給了洗滌公司，洗滌公司也當著前枱麪説不用客户管。酒店經理和服務員非要説洗不乾淨，非要説得很嚴重的樣子。能不能洗乾淨可以看下面的圖片！路過的其他店員都看不慣，説好洗！
4. 已經溝通協商好了，我們在外面吃飯還就這點不值錢的破事情一直打電話，體驗感及其不好，不是帶着嬰兒早就搬了，住了7天，實在忍不了這麼破的酒店這麼破的服務，轉身搬到希爾頓，人家那個服務真的是和你們酒店差了幾十條街。
第二天當晚非要繳200按金，退房時不退按金，不提扣錢的事，走幾天了拖着按金不退，幾天後找一堆理由（包括枕頭套50一個）扣了200按金。媽的黑店！
4. 入住當天房間沒電，等了半小時工人還沒來修。
5. 第三瓶水開始收費，一瓶三塊。第一次見這樣的酒店。
6. 游泳池極臟，房間裏設備很多都是壞的。
整體感覺就是一個黑店，從來沒有的被店經理各種找茬！

屬於故地重遊了，訂了最大的房間，性價比絕對高。雖然設施陳舊點，還是太合理（比如洗漱用品放在淋浴房外，淋浴房 衞生間玻璃都是透明的，早餐單調，泳池瓷磚鋒利容易劃傷手腳）希望改進越辦越好
