This hotel got the best water-view for sure! But! it is located a bit far from Hakodate station, and you really can only travel by foot, as the bus doesn't come as often. The service was very nice. We arrived 2 hours early before the check-in time, and the front desk was super nice giving us our room in advance! I will recommend this hotel only if you have a car, or is willing to walk 20 minutes from the central part of Hakodate.

Love this hotel!!! We got deluxe twin room for 3 adults and the room is the biggest one compare with other hotels we stayed in Hokkaido (It even got a small kitchen attached to it!!) The room is clean and come with a sea view, the lobby is grand as well. The hot spring is very nice and huge (probably also nature as claimed). Have great food, Izakaya and convenient store nearby for around 5-10mins walk. The only minus point is it's a bit away from the Hakodate JR station (ard15 mins walk), which is a bit dreadful for us with 3 luggage (1huge 2small) in winter on ice and snow:'). Highly recommended people with huge luggage on winter to take bus from Hakodate Station (something like 95, costing for only something like 250yen only. the information center in the station can help, someone with great English there as well). The bus can get off directly infront of the hotel. Very much enjoyed this hotel! Wish can stay one more night!

It is about 10 minutes walk from Hakodate Station by 1 station. There are restaurants and convenience stores around. The parking lot is not roofed, but the entrance and exit are large and easy to stop. The building feels old everywhere. The corridor is hot without air conditioning. When you leave the room, you will hear that you will not close the door quietly. The room was beautiful, but it was a pity that there was no outlet on the pillow, the refrigerator was not very cold, and there was no disposable slipper. The good thing is that there are abundant coffee and amenities in front of the front desk. I was especially grateful for the bathing agent. The breakfast was small but delicious. Total is generally satisfied with Cospa.

It is a big hotel in Hakodate residential area. The nearest stop is Matsukaze CHO and the bus stop is Omori Cho. It is located on the east side of Hakodate station and Hakodate City Hall, and it is not far away, but it is not very busy because it is in the residential area. There is also a Family Mart nearby, and there are restaurants if you go to the station, but it is a bit inconvenient to walk to the tourist spot. I think there is no problem if I rent a bicycle for free because I rent a bicycle. There is a large parking lot on the north side of the hotel and it is parked for free, so I think there is no problem for sightseeing by car. It was a quite big hotel and I was traveling alone but I could use a twin room. Amenities were all available and there was a refrigerator in the room. The unit bus facilities were a bit old, but they were able to use it without any problems. There is also a welcome drink beside the lobby, and there is a cartoon shelf in the back and you can read it freely. The special note is the night crying soba service. It is limited to 10:00 ～ 12:00 at night, but there is a service that can be eaten freely by making salt ramen. Self service, but the ingredients are also served with charshoe, menma, corn, onion and cheeks, and you can put them as much as you like. There were many people who were used quite a lot. The staff and the response were kind, and if you go to Hakodate again, it is a hotel that I want to use again.

The location is good because it is ５ minutes walk from Hakodate Station and in front of Daimon Yokocho. It is beautiful because it has just opened in ２０１９ year １２ months. The price was also cheap at the open commemorative price. Amenities are cut to the limit. Only toothbrush and shampoo, body soap and bath towel. No hand towel or face towel. There is no shaving, cotton swab, sponge, hair-stained rubber, etc. There is a dryer and refrigerator, TV and Wi-Fi in the room, but there is no hot water pot, air cleaner, deodorant spray, etc. The cup is only for toothpaste. You can't boil hot water and drink warm things. There is a coin laundry and smoking place in the building, but there is no ice making machine or microwave. The bathtub is very narrow. When you take a shower, the shower curtain hits your body. The toilet seat is also a minimal type. The right is the wall and the front is the door. It was comfortable. It was really comfortable already. I visited the south side based in Hakodate City, but I used it at that time. At first, I was worried because the price was too cheap, but when I stayed, it was very comfortable rather than no problem. The salty breakfast is very recommended. Also, I was very satisfied with the curry on Sunday morning. It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station and the parking lot was also able to stop with a roof. It may be recommended for motorcycles and bicycles. Thank you so much for your help. I'll come again!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location was unbeatable, just beside the JR Hakodate train station. It even has its own mini shopping district called Hakoviva. Room was just right for 2 adults and the bed was comfortable and soft. Bathroom was spotless. One drawback was that as we booked the cheapest twin rooms, they were just beside the elevators so we could occassionally hear the opening and closing of the elevators. We hardly used the bathroom as we went to the indoor onsen every night. The indoor decoration really resembled an old style building with lots of wood and decorations on the walls. As the onsen was shared with a fitness club, it could get very crowded in the evenings between 7pm to 10pm. The hotel was gracious enough to allow us to change rooms for the last 2 nights to twin rooms that faced the sea. The view was wonderful and we had a clear view of the train station right outside our rooms. However the air-con in these 2 rooms had some loud whirring noises every now and then so we turned off the air-con. Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again for our next trip!
