Checked in, and got assigned a renovated room. Noise from the party next door was unacceptable. Called front desk, they offered for us to change rooms. (that's right, instead of fixing the problem, you want ME to move) The room next door was so loud you could hear them when getting off the elevator. Called and asked the desk to try to quiet the neighbors. They called, quiet lasted 3 seconds. Went down to desk to move rooms. Got put in a non renovated room. Basically a room downgrade. Why not move the people partying to an old room? Would be instant karma if they trashed one of your beautifully renovated rooms. Additionally I received ZERO bonus for being a Bonvoy member. Not even a bottle of water. I used an 85000 point certificate for this. I want my certificate back. Looked at the breakfast buffet. Went out for breakfast. Guess what? NO ONE WANTS FAKE MEAT. I also question if the eggs were really cage free, I've never seen anything but instant eggs at this level Marriott. I suppose it's technically cage free when they come powdered in a box.

Honestly don’t bother coming here. You can’t see a single parking lot line which makes parking a complete free for all. The front desk seemed like they would rather be anywhere else but at work. I asked someone behind the desk if I can speak with the general manager because the rate I paid was not worth the quality and they told me that she was gone for the day, at noon? (this was a weekday) and then I asked about the following day to which I was told she would be working from home? I was told I couldn’t even get an email address. So unprofessional and clearly poorly managed. The rooms were nice but some of the furniture doesn’t look like it belongs. Why are the kitchen tables so high with such small chairs?

I have rented here many times including blocks of rooms for different occasions. This was the worst it’s been. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The couch was dusty and with hair. There wasn’t all items in the room like normally; I.e. utensils, dishes etc. The rate was $100 higher than normal although booked in advance. I was unaware of the renovation prior to booking as well.

We booked for 4 nights but left after 1 night due to the unbearable smell in the rooms. Staff were well aware of the issue, which was not specific to our room. The lady at the front desk did not seem to care. Swimming pool was closed. Rooms are very dated. There was garbage piled up in the corridors near the reception area. Such a shame for a property with potential. The nearby Comfort Inn was much nicer and at a better price.

Cushions were stained, trim, light fixture were falling apart. Air conditioning would not cool. It was not good at all I can’t believe I paid $165 a night for this place
