I have to say the environment is really good. There are not many people staying here. It feels like we are the only one staying here. It is very quiet. But I still want to complain about the management of the B&B. It seems that the same front desk runs back and forth between the two stores during the day. So when we called, we called four or five times repeatedly, but no one answered the phone at the front desk. I am not blaming the front desk staff. The staff has a good attitude. I think this is a problem with the company's management. The front desk cannot answer the phone in time. If you encounter any problems, you can't find anyone. It's really terrible.

This time I stayed here to experience the feeling of a homestay in a windy place in the TV series. The service attitude of the store is very good. The room type I booked online was out of stock, so I upgraded to a better room for free. The front desk lady also gave me coupons for attractions and several stores in the ancient city. Thank you very much. Friends with money can go for it. Friends with limited budgets are recommended to stay in the new city. Anyway, Hancheng is not big. It’s just that the ancient city is too crowded these two days.

The room is a bit dark and cold, a bit crowded for two people, and the mattress is a bit hard and not very comfortable. It doesn't match the price. After all, it is an old house and everything is old and gray. If you like it, you will like it very much. If you don't like it, just stay in a hotel.

There were few people staying that day, and seeing that we were with our kids, they upgraded us to the largest room on the first floor. The room was very unique, the courtyard was also very nice, and it was very close to the Old Street City God Temple. But there was a problem with the shower water, it was always hot and never cooled down. After taking a shower, they said we could go to the unoccupied room next door to take a shower, but I didn't go because it was too troublesome.

The hotel has a very good environment and service. It must have taken a lot of effort to renovate it. The occupancy rate may be low during the epidemic, and some items are damaged, but it is still well maintained for an old house. It is very good to go there to escape the heat in summer.

The overall environment is ancient and quaint. The two young ladies are polite and enthusiastic. The room is clean. The three-day and two-night tour of Hancheng is perfect. It is located in Chenghuang Temple and the ancient city scenic area. The transportation is convenient. The private dishes of Sanshe Mansion next to it are very good. The green pepper and yellow river carp are very fresh.

The environment and service are very satisfactory.
