Best Hotels in Hancock

This motel would appear ”on paper” to be one of the best two or three places in Houghton or Hancock. I hope not. Location is pretty great right beneath the bridge, but they haven't done much the leverage it or make the property frontage attractive. This extends inside into a dated if reasonably nice interior. Pool may be nice but was due for cleaning in the morning; so, I didn't use it. River view from the comfortable, dated room was its redeeming feature although we couldn't see the bridge due to obstruction from another part of the building. Bathroom was nice but dated with old school tub/shower unit. Continental breakfast in meat and potatoes country.

Very nice clean modern rooms Bathroom is clean and inviting the staff does a nice job of making you feel welcome. Pool area is fun for all ages The breakfast has a nice variety for everyone. Lots of things to do outside of the hotel restaurants nearby very nice.
