帶着78歲的父母結束了邯鄲旅遊，為了方便乘坐高鐵返家，旅遊的最後一天選擇入住這家酒店。維也納酒店和雲酒店共用一座大樓，酒店的前台員工對客服務耐心細緻，客房員工的服務也有求必應。我們入住的3人間，房間很大，“小度、小度”智能保姆，可以幫您完成室內些許操作。早餐在酒店的5樓，食材種類豐富，中式、西式均有。很好的一次入住體驗。
提個建議：酒店的小肥皂換成泡沫洗手液；一次性拖鞋的品質再提高些就完美了！

臨時改變行程，酒店沒有提前預訂，現搜尋找了這裏，位置離市中心很遠但價格都合適，和另一家酒店在一個樓，電梯有區分兩個酒店。設施齊全，乾淨整潔，早餐也還不錯。小度智能窗簾，還有機器人送餐，讓人無語的是半夜十一點半送餐弄錯房間號，打電話影響我睡覺😪，隔音效果也不太好。

很棒的一次住宿體驗，房間很乾凈，看上去就舒服，全屋智能化管理，很方便，前台服務態度也非常好。有一點小小的不足，兩張床的閲讀燈不能分開控制，另外衞生間的窗子再加一個窗簾就更棒了，要不然夜裡去衞生間，燈光對另一個人會有點影響。

雖然新酒店，但是房間小，空調還不給力，工作人員來修也沒用，凍感冒了，早餐也是，忙的都來不及上，而且跟其他維也納酒店比起來，有點掉檔次了

房間太好了，乾淨整潔，都是智能化，孩子很喜歡和小度聊天。服務人員很好，停車還免費。最主要是早晨太豐盛了，孩子大人都喜歡吃。真心推薦大家。

酒店位置很好，衞生乾淨，前台服務很好。我是華住會鉑金會員，每次出差都住全季邯鄲東站店，這次嘗試住了維也納，物超所值，房間比全季好太多，全屋智能家居，衹是早餐稍遜色於全季，畢竟早餐收費也不同（全季48元，維也納衹收20多）。
