那麼開始我的差評🥲事情是這樣的，我們一起三個女生凌晨落地回杭州，因為在外旅行了八九天很累，當天早上8點半就要上班，於是我們很困地打車到達這家漢庭，到達漢庭的時間應該已經接近凌晨兩點鐘了，我們就想三個女生在上班附近的酒店找個地方睡三四個小時，第二天起來直接去上班，定了一張1.8m的大床，結果前台説衹能住兩個人，另一個如果是訪客，半小時後必須離開。那我們想着也就躺個三四個小時，我們三個女生就湊合一下，結果我們上樓西藏半小時後，時間大概是凌晨兩點半，其中一個女生已經睡著了，前台竟然來敲門！！凌晨來敲我們房門，我們太困了，和她説要不就加我們錢，加一個成年人的錢，但是前台不同意，一定要我們拿着行李到前台重新辦理入住！omg，酒店的基本服務意識呢？！我都同意你加我錢了，我們今晚就想三個人在一個地方補個覺呵呵！事情還沒結束，等我們三個人都快入睡的時候，大概凌晨3點，我的手機接到了前台的兩個電話，另一個已經睡着的朋友也接到了前台的電話，還被手機震動醒了！再次質問酒店人員的基本服務意識？！
除此之外，在辦理入住的時候擺着一副很不友好的表情，我們的訂單含有兩份早餐，前台連早餐券都沒給我們拿一下！！非常差的體驗！酒店房間小就算了，馬桶也是臟的！我們剛才西藏回來，連西藏的酒店都能做到基本的衞生乾淨水平，萬萬沒想到杭州市中心的漢庭衞生條件這麼差！服務意識這麼差！半夜騷擾恐嚇我們！

位置不用説 這個價位完全超出預期了 最讓我意外的是前台的服務人員 特別貼心 讓人很親切 寄存的行李🧳也很有耐心的幫我拿出來 前台一個瘦瘦小小的小美女特別好 贊贊👍🏻 還有酒店的早餐品種很多 味道很好

3月22日入住4樓家庭房，5天的住店時間非常滿意。交通便利，酒店設施新，房間衞生，窗户不對馬路，基本沒有噪音。晚上睡眠非常舒服。房間很大，設施很新，電視機大尺寸，可以看電視直播和華數的高清電影。酒店提供早餐。早餐七點到十點都有供應。品種很多，蔬菜水果咖啡牛奶豆漿都有。衞生間小一些，可能是裝修時為了顯得房間大而設計，稍微不方便但不影響使用。總體上非常不錯！入住體驗非常不錯，物有所值，贊一個👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。

酒店位置武林門地鐵A1出口正對面，沿着酒店斜對面中醫院那條路直走，十分鐘左右到西湖。價格不貴，早餐豐富，房間雖然不大，但勝在乾淨衞生無異味，對大多數來説，性比價高。如果再來杭州，還會繼續入住

房間乾淨衞生，服務人員素質高，早餐很棒，衞生間有點小，但乾淨，清爽。酒店地理位置優越，馬路對面就地鐵，太方便了，走路十幾分鍾到達斷橋。下次來杭州，必選。

步行500米可以到西湖文化廣場，可以到運河遊船
離開景點的嘈雜
衞生乾淨，房間新，機器人服務，有洗衣房
值得點讚的是自助早餐，有可以現場點煮湯粉湯麪。西餐中餐品類有30多種
