Location is nice by walking distance to Central festival mall, it is just next to the building. Room space are huge and clean. The hotel staff attend to our issues immediately when we encountered water leakage in the bathroom. Room is slightly noisy in the night.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

Positives: Spacious and clean rooms AC works well Wifi works well Fridge and safe in room Front desk and cleaning staff are nice Location is good, by Asean market and a fifteen minute walk to Central Festival Negatives: Had bugs in my room and needed to be moved to another room, second room did not have bugs. It’s nice that they provide breakfast but it is average at best. The food is cold, no salt and pepper at tables and the staff at the breakfast area are not friendly and lack basic social skills. Gym is tiny

Book 3rooms with friends clean rooms, rooms size is big, staff friendly, location wise I think is ok for me due to self drive with provided parking

The prices are quite ok. I booked RM73 for double apartment in Booking.com. Not hard to find and the location also quite strategic. A dimsum restaurant is nearby, and not far from the Central Festival. Most important is the staffs were really friendly and willing to help. They even help us to find a taxi during peak hour and try very best to negotiate for a good price (we left not much baht that time).

Stayed in Hat Yai for an overnight stay. Last minute booking. The place was near the Central Mall. Not walking distance near but probably near by car/grab. The place is within like a small village so it might be tricky going in and out of the place. It's a small space but it's clean. The bed was very hard. If you have back problems, better book the deluxe rooms. Totally wouldn't recommend the standard room if you are after comfort. It is cheap and clean and near so probably is good for long term backpack stay. The staff at least the receptionist speaks very good English. The other staff were very friendly and is always smiling. The lift is old but serviceable. And since it is located within a small urban village, the security is to be desired for. Easily anyone can literally scratch your car as they don't have proper parking space. You'd have leave your car unattended in front of the hotel. Biggest upside is probably location, cleanliness and staff friendliness. Biggest downside is car parking security and bed on the standard room.

The location is near Lee Garden, Greenway, Asean night market (we are lazy to walk, so we take grab or tuktuk car) Bus terminal walking distance 5min. The room is super clean and all equipment is new, have induction for who want to cooking but have to bring own pot or pan, balcony can use for smoking but closed the sliding door prevent bad smell went in the room, the bath room super clean as well. The front desk staff pretty and helpful, during our last day they assist us to book a taxi to Padang Besar Custom. Strongly recommended to stay here.
