Miyajima Shiro

I had reserved a parking space, but someone else had already parked there, so I couldn't park there. Please display a sign in the parking lot. When I made the reservation, I wasn't given the reservation code, so I had trouble entering the parking lot.

I didn't receive the email that was supposed to be sent a week before, so I was confused about checking in. I called the emergency mobile phone but they didn't answer, so it was a bit of a hassle to communicate with them on LINE. Maybe because we were all staying for consecutive nights, they didn't come to clean the room every day, so the room was overflowing with trash.

What wasn't good Cleansing and face washing with few amenities despite the high price. There's no wifi password, cell phone signal is weak because it's in the countryside, there's no convenience store nearby, and you have to buy it in advance (to the ferry terminal). I'm concerned about the placement and size of the TV, the lack of plates and chopsticks even though it's a shared space, the lack of noise protection, and the smell of sewage from the toilet on the 1st floor. The family car cannot be delivered to the parking lot. (I tried to get in, but it was too narrow and hit the curb. It wouldn't fit in the garage.) What was good about it The interior is stylish. There is a sense of cleanliness. It's really close to Itsukushima Shrine. It takes less than 3 minutes on foot. It was an honor to be able to sleep in God's lap. General review 2 out of 5 The location was close to the shrine, the interior was nice, and it felt clean, but other than that, to be honest, I didn't think it would be surprising if there were complaints. I don't really want to say this, but I said it honestly so that the next person who uses it will feel comfortable using it. I wouldn't have any complaints if I had at least been informed in advance of what went wrong. It was an honor to stay on God's Island. However, I thought it would have been better to choose a different hotel.
