Booked last minute cause I was tired of driving. Overall the room was clean and quiet. There was a room playing some loud music after 10pm, but I just had the tv on to drown out that noise. Checking in and checking out was easy. Will book again when I'm in the area.

It wasn't the property so much as the Desk Help in the morning. I have stayed at La Quinta many times this year and was going to continue to until what happened this morning. When I arrived I saw that there was no freezer in the room I was in. I went to the front desk and asked to have it placed in their freezer for the night. I am a Diabetic and need it to keep my Insulin cool. I came to the front desk and asked for it and the girl there gave it to me unfrozen. It had been placed in the refrigerator and not the freezer! I asked why it was not placed in the freezer and the girl looked at me, shrugged her shoulders as if to say "so what if it isn't frozen". I tried to explain that it was for my insulin and that I needed to keep it cold but she just looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and she could care less.
Never have I had this issue with La Quinta before! I will never stay at this place again! There are too many options and places to stay to be treated so poorly!
My Insulin was lost as I could not keep enough Ice to keep it cold. A waste of $ 135.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They should close and set new improvements in place before opening. And there was so much activity in the parking lot late night didn’t feel the safest.

Forced to leave our home due to a flood , we stayed here , all staff were super polite & attentive. Breakfasts were very good & included. Gyn was nice to relieve my stress . Beds were not very comfy , one day only out of 4 days , our room was not cleaned very good , other than that I’d go back.
