When you need to recharge your batteries, there is no better place then Alpenhof. A discovery made some time ago and a loyal customer ever since! Excellent service, you simply feel yourself truly at home! Very nice spa and wellness center with attentive and skillful staff. Thanks and see you all again soon!

We have just returned from a week at Alpenhof with our three children aged 8, 11 and 13. The hotel was the most wonderful base for us for a brilliant week's skiing on the glacier. We had one of the family suites which was the perfect size for a family of five - super comfortable and plenty of space for us all to relax. The food was great - a good variety for each meal even for the pickiest of our children - and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great spa facilities - the kids spent hours in the pool playing with friends that they'd met at the hotel and then disappeared to the 'teen room' to do god knows what after dinner each night. The hotel sorted ski passes for us on arrival and it was really easy to get up the mountain each morning with the free shuttle service that took about 3 minutes from the hotel. The ski hire company that the hotel recommended (Nenner) allowed us to keep our boots / skis right by the cable car so we didn't have to lug them back to the hotel each evening, which was a real bonus. A really amazing hotel in the most beautiful location. We would definitely recommend.

Warm, friendly, accommodating staff in a lovely setting. We enjoyed our Christmas stay and hope to make it back many more times! The food is excellent and there are always lots of activities in the hotel and the mountains around for all tastes.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Alpenhof several times, and each visit, regardless of the season, has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, embodying both friendliness and professionalism. No request is too much trouble for them, which truly enhances the overall experience.One aspect that deserves its own spotlight is the cuisine. To describe it in one word: phenomenal. The culinary offerings at Hotel Alpenhof are simply fantastic and amazing. Each meal is a delightful journey for the taste buds, showcasing the best of the region's flavors and culinary expertise.Of course, being in Tux, weather can be unpredictable, but the warmth and hospitality of the Alpenhof team more than make up for any atmospheric uncertainties. A stay here is always a joyous experience, thanks to the dedication and commitment of the entire team.In conclusion, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Hotel Alpenhof for consistently providing such a wonderful stay. I eagerly anticipate my next visit and look forward to creating more cherished memories in this Alpine haven.

As a recurring visitor, I’m glad to say that once again Alpenhof hotel was a key ingredient for our family ski vacation: friendly welcoming staff, excellent food quality, well maintained amenities and thoughtful in details. Well located for those that like to ski daily, but equally enjoyable for those that prefer to stay at the hotel for a day. Quality Spa areas and recommendable massage services available as well.

Some vacations become a treasured memory of the family. Our stay at Alpenhof Hotel falls within that category. We have been pampered the entire week: the dinners are delightful, and so are the breakfasts. The rooms are spacious with ample storage capacity, cosy and of course clean. The Spa allows to truly relax after a day on the mountain, and the massages are of high quality. The staff is always kind and helpful. Thanks again to the Dengg family and their team.

We have had a wonderful week at Hotel Alpenhof. The hotel is luxurious and service was excellent. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, professional, efficient and really made us feel comfortable. The food was delicious. We had a special diet of vegetarian food (daily charge applied !) which was very well managed. All in all a wonderful hotel and experience. We will definitely return.

We love The Alpenhof, it's rare to return and we've been many times. The team are professional and friendly, everything is spotlessly clean, the food is fabulous and the wellness area is the best ever. Importantly it is run by a dedicated family who invest in their hotel and welcome you whoever you are.

Really worth a visit! We had an amazing stay in hotel Alpenhof. People in the hotel are super friendly, the food is outstanding. A bus next door to drop you in one stop to the glacier. We have spent NY evening in the hotel with a very nice dinner and firework to enjoy. We would defenitely consider to come back. Only small tip..I would put coffee and tea in the rooms. For the rest..nothing else I could comment. A great family hotel with outstanding service. Big thank you for your hospitality and making our holiday so great. Julie & Joris
