"The location is great, really close to the station, and the staff are super friendly. I've stayed at their other branch (No. 2) before, and this one (No. 1) is a bit smaller and older. The shared dorm can get a bit messy with everyone's luggage, and it's not always the quietest. The bathrooms, though, are quite clean. Overall, it's still a good value for the price. It would be even better if there were lockers on the dorm floor."

OOctaviane Stefina EnggraWe checked in around 11 PM, and staff were still available, making the process quick and smooth. The lobby offered comics and other entertainment. Free breakfast was also served from 5 AM to 10 AM. While some noise is unavoidable, light sleepers can use the provided earplugs. For me, someone who falls asleep the moment my head hits the pillow, it wasn't an issue at all. The bathrooms were spotless and fully equipped. You could arrive with absolutely nothing and be perfectly fine.

SSssssshThe room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had heating and a drying function, which was great for drying clothes. The space had many thoughtful designs. I stayed for four nights and was very satisfied. The room had two large trash cans and two small ones, so I didn't have to worry about managing trash. The cooking facilities were excellent.
It's very suitable for families, and it's also convenient for visiting nearby attractions. There's a fantastic BBQ restaurant right around the corner. The only thing to note is that you need to make a reservation for the BBQ place. Their beef tongue is delicious!

GGuest UserThe ladders are wide and easy to climb. There's a spacious common living room on the floor, which is very comfortable for relaxing. Each room accommodates several people and has its own password lock, offering great security. There are plenty of restrooms and two shower rooms. Some restrooms even come with a sink and mirror, which is really convenient. The service was very gentle and excellent, and there's a Chinese staff member at the front desk. The downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, almost a kilometer away. However, it's surrounded by Shinjuku's commercial areas, making it great for evening strolls.

GGuest UserI liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.

GGuest UserGreat location, easy to find, and close to the station. There's no room key; the elevator opens directly into a floor with many cubicles. There are areas for organizing luggage and storing suitcases. Lockers are available but quite small, only suitable for valuables like wallets, phones, and passports. It's a mixed-gender dorm, but the restrooms are separate. Showers are in a large communal bath, and the lockers there don't have locks. Soundproofing isn't perfect for sleeping, but overall it's pretty good. The only downside is that the ladder rungs are round and hurt your feet when climbing; a cushion would be a great addition. Towels, slippers, and toiletries aren't provided but can be rented or purchased at the front desk. You can store your luggage before and after check-in; suitcases are left in the main lobby, while smaller bags can be stored separately by the front desk. For the price, it's excellent value for money.

유유닠_안Before my arrival, I had to change my reservation due to a personal matter, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in processing it. I was also very pleased that they assigned me a good bed upon check-in.
The only minor drawback was that the lockers weren't on the same floor, unlike at the Ningyocho branch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nice, it's quite spacious, quiet and has all the necessary tools. The view on the skytree tower is also terrific. The pillows are also not the worst. I would stay there one more time, but there are some small cons, of course:
- the furniture may be a little bit worn out,
- there is a kettle but no tea etc.
- reception staff is not that often seen but we didn't have any problems to need them
- distance from the subway and buses, especially if you use the Tokyo metro pass.
To summarize: for me the price-quality ratio here for Tokyo is quite good, moreover in this district I wouldn't like to live near the subway as it gets super crowded and noisy.

GGuest UserThis accommodation exceeded my expectations. There's a decent-sized vanity area, and they provide a fresh set of pajamas and towels daily. Luggage is stored on the same floor as your capsule, which is very convenient. I was lucky enough to get a bottom bunk with no one above me, and it wasn't peak season so it wasn't full. However, if someone accidentally bumps the capsule, you'll definitely hear it. If you're an early sleeper, be aware that people will be coming and going at night. What's unique is that you check in on the 3rd floor, then take off your shoes and put them in a shoe locker. You then exchange the shoe locker key for your capsule locker key. You have to do this every time you enter and exit. I'd recommend noting down your capsule locker number in case you need it. Also, be aware that the pillow is very thin, and light can seep in through the gaps when the curtain is pulled. If you're sensitive to light, I'd suggest bringing an eye mask.

MM516646****I checked in the night before CM107 Day 2. For just over 100 per night, and with its super convenient location for taking the Seagull to Odaiba (or the Monorail to the airport), the price is definitely unbeatable. The subway Daimon Station is right downstairs, along with convenience stores. Staff service made check-in easy. The bed was quite firm, which I actually found comfortable after not sleeping well on soft beds the previous two nights. There's a light inside the capsule, but only one two-pin socket, which was a bit insufficient.

I don’t usually write bad reviews so I’m a bit afraid. But if the owner have fixed all the problems I experienced then they can reply and new customer can make better informed decision I guess.
There are no lock. So if you are a female traveler that hope to be safe in a female only room, don’t! It’s just a silly clear plastic door that separate the female room from the kitchen. And make the matter worse, the main door was not lock as well….I hope they fix the lock soon. They chose convenient over safety at the moment. Any stranger can barge in.
They have nice kitchen area.
There is one toilet and one bathroom, the toilet is clean. During my stay the guest that already there are very loud even though it’s after 11pm. I think they should stress the rule about noise at late night more.
The location is convenient but it’s in the pub area. And next building is karaoke room. They sang until 5 am. Well, not all have a problem with noise during sleep. So pick your choice.
The bed area in female dormitory is clean. But in terms of privacy and tidiness, no. They should really tidy up the window next to bed No.6 it looks like a refugee camp from what I saw. I didn’t assume all people there are long term stay but I don’t know 🤷♀️
The curtain was put on badly for the upper bed next to window, and it happened to be my bed. I have less privacy than the below bed and bed was made out of cheap metal so they move when the other move, which is fine for me but keep that in mine before you go.
What worst in the bed area is the people that’s already there before me. They have the audacity to open my curtain and peek at me. I think the price attract weird people with no manners (maybe I have no manners too?) 🤷♀️
Any how, what I want to say is:
Perfect area for shopping and find food and very close to the station.
Good kitchen.
Clean toilet.
⚠️No lock, unsafe.
No privacy because poor bunk bed curtains.
🤑And you might be able to find a better hotel with your own tiny room with roughly same price the next day.
