Palace Inn Blue US-59 & Gessner

The equipment is very new, the sanitation is very good, it is close to the highway, the noise is a bit loud, but the sound insulation of the room is not bad. The sound of the air conditioner is also very small, so I slept well. It is relatively comfortable in a motel hotel. The location is very convenient. Not far from China Town and the city center. No napkins. There is a problem with the design of the bathroom room, with transparent glass and a mirror facing the bed. The quilt was very thin, so I asked the front desk for another bed. Breakfast is not considered breakfast. Ask the front desk, if there is no breakfast, it is just bagged cakes and fruits for customers. This price is relatively high cost performance.

This hotel is very good, the front desk is also kind, but the surrounding is too messy, the nearest is an Indian supermarket, looking for a half-naive without toilet paper, God

The evaluation is based on the tips of the readers:-) Breakfast buffet, a variety of bread and egg milk fruit and cereal drinks, as well as toasters and waffle makers. The young lady in the kitchen looks like she is working alone, very clean! There are many families with children, and they are very polite. A large bed is enough for 2-3 people to sleep, can you write clearly in the extra bed ordering details. The location of the hotel is also very good, high-speed roadside, a lot of fast food restaurants, and a variety of food and beverage outlets. Parking is also available. There is also a small swimming pool. Some families bring their children to have fun at night, and a single dog like me can sit by the pool and share such joy. The gym is small. The front desk service is very good, order a pizza to find a variety of consulting!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston SW - Galleria Area

One of the nicest HI Express properties around the state. This place is spacious, clean, new, and is staffed with wonderful people. Definitely worth a stay when you are in the area as it gives you more than your money's worth and checks all boxes required for a comfortable stay. Detailed review is below: 1. LOCATION: This property is located right off the freeway/highway, hence getting here or going out to anywhere is always fast tracked. Great part is that it has a private road and is off the freeway by about 0.1 miles so No highway noise. 2. PARKING: A huge parking lot, and ample parking spots. Its all open air and uncovered so rain/sunshine will all need to be accounted for while parking here. The lot is very well lit and is all across the property and feels very safe. 3. LOBBY: Nice spacious lobby, decently furnished with computers as well for public use. They have a freezer and fridge for soft drinks, ice creams, ready to eat meals etc. The elevators are nice and spacious and fast as well. 4. ROOMS: The king bed room was very spacious and well furnished. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The furniture in the room was modern. Both bed sides had power outlets and USB outlets. The TV was of good size. The room had a fridge as well. 5. BATHROOM: Just like the room, the bathroom was also spacious and well stocked. The only downside was the water pressure in the wash basin was very slow, however it was better in the shower. The room also had coffe maker. 6. BREAKFAST: Was very well stocked, and had many more options. The staff here are very nice, super helpful. Definitely worth staying and would choose to stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel we were instantly regretting booking a room at this location. The hotel looks like the tower of terror from the Disney movie. We were the only guest. We had tremendous issues checking in even with our Hotels.com reservation. Upon entering our room we realize there were absolutely no towels or hygiene products the hairdryer was just hanging off the wall by one screw. There were cigarette burns all over the bed as well as hair long black hair leaving us wondering if the bed had even been cleaned. The television did not work except for one channel that showed five trailers for on-demand movies which weren’t even available. Almost all of the dressers and knobs in the room were broken off there were stains all over the carpet and it smelt dirty. Thank God we had a concert to go to that evening so we didn’t have to spend much time in the room but the time spent in the room was the worst experience ever. The next morning before we checked out I received an email from Hotels.com asking why I had missed my reservation the hotel never even confirmed that I arrived and paid for my room. Which ruins getting a credit for my rewards for hotels.com during that stay. I would definitely avoid this hotel even at the cheap price cars are sure to get broken into here because there is no security and there’s only ever one staff member at all times

The room itself wasn't bad but it did have roaches. It looked clean enough and the bed wasn't uncomfortable. I just got the room for the air conditioning and bed for the night cuz I had a power outage and can't sleep in the heat. I got my money worth so not bad. But would be so much better if they just bug bomb the building every few months.
