酒店屬於智能自助的，拿身份證就可以在自助機上開，在長沙這種自助的酒店都是沒有服務員的，有時還覺得不太方便，但是這裏24小時有服務員在你需要幫助的時候隨時可以給你解決。酒店也不難找，廣場入口一直有酒店標識跟着走就可以了。電梯廳裝修稍微差了點，據説不歸酒店管理那也沒辦法，走到酒店樓層就完全不一樣了，裝修風格特別有情調。這個價位完全值得。房間裏面還帶有語音控制功能。太棒了。

酒店裝修時尚，位置也不錯，離市中心5分鐘車程，環境非常安靜，晚上睡得很好，房間浴缸也都有一次性的浴缸袋，房間都是智能控制的，體驗感非常不錯。提供免費的洗衣服務，非常貼心喲

設施：配套設施比較新。空調效果好。洗澡水比較大非常不錯。有洗衣機，烘乾機。免費停車，停車場地上地下都挺大，智能小度！
衞生：乾淨整潔，床上用品，都是當天換！
環境：周圍環境好，有吃的多，離萬達，高鐵站近。

房間很大，投影儀很清晰，客服服務很到位有問題回覆很及時，房間還帶洗衣機這個功能對我們出來好幾天的人真的是超讚，還有烘乾機，洗完客服拿去幫忙烘乾，當天洗當天就能穿，真的太棒了。主要問題是房間也還那麼便宜。很多星級酒店都沒這樣的服務。洗漱用品的品質也都很高。停車也方便，停車位也很多，隨時都有位置停不用找。出去找客服領停車票超級方便。下次來懷化肯定還選這家

房間非常乾淨整潔，還有衣服烘乾服務，老闆太體貼了，有任何需要和問題都儘量給客人解決，房間還帶有一個浴缸，最關鍵價格便宜。這個服務和設施這個價格也找不到第二家了。

酒店有免費的地上地下停車場，停車位很多，停車方便。房間全落地窗窗外視線很開闊。房間洗漱用品也都是品牌的很好用。離萬達廣場很近吃喝玩樂很方便。酒店服務也特別好，房間一次性馬桶墊一次性杯子都有提供，非常滿意的一次入住，下次來還會來住。
