連住兩晚上，來考試，想着是他們的會員，就選它家住，退房是12：30.説是超時了，沒在12點退房，要付延時費20元。問題是沒有打客服電話通知，客服裏也沒放相關的入住提示。而且前台長髮的服務員態度很差。感覺很坑！
