房間整潔乾淨，性價比不錯，密碼入住很方便不用擔心房卡忘記帶，他們這邊的房間很有度假的感覺，不像來工作很放鬆哈哈哈，下次來換個房間試試

房間很新乾淨，配有一次性馬桶坐墊，連耳塞都有，前台很熱情，還幫忙解決了孩子沒帶尿褲的難題。方便停車，一進小區就到了

訂的是摩洛哥風格，面積很大很漂亮，房間裏的那把藤椅拍起照來像是埃及艷後，哈哈哈，衞生打掃的很乾凈，床品柔軟，床墊睡起來挺舒服
樓下有挺多飯店，中午吃的斯丹薑母鴨，嘎嘎香，和塗門街總店沒什麼區別，晚上吃的平記燉罐，裝修有點快餐店風格，但是為啥賣的是龍蝦紅蟳燉罐，衹吃過江西瓦罐湯的我表示很震驚，好奇的嘗試了一下，挺貴，但是味道很不錯，低調的奢華，另外南瓜鹹飯賊好吃，可以續碗，想吃多少吃多少哈哈哈
酒店過去歐樂堡需要十二三分鐘，切記，導航路線要選擇從小區旁邊的路拐出去，不要走主路去掉頭，掉頭的地方很遠
人魚表演很美，各種海洋動物表演挺不錯，小朋友很喜歡，我的好大兒成功和海豚拍了照，俄羅斯大馬戲挺好看，記得要提前一小時預約

服務態度垃圾，前一天打電話已經約好房型及房間，第二天辦理入住卻在未告知的情況下進行更換，問為什麼已經打電話約好房間，還被換掉？前台回答1.他們跟我們的約定是口頭約定，不作數 2.入住的人比我們先到，所以優先選房間，請問既然口頭答應不作數，為什麼在電話里約定房間時，答應的那麼爽快？把人當猴耍嘛？再跟你們約定好的情況下，還把我們定好的房間給別人辦理入住，説什麼他們先到，所以選房間就看誰比較早嗎？自己説出去的話，做出去的承諾都不算數？連基本的信任都沒有做到，還能理直氣壯的説口頭約定不算數，反饋問題後，態度囂張，直接問，那你們還住不住？你們沒有認識到自己的錯誤並及時補救，還態度囂張，請問我們臨時怎麼去找房間，還帶着孩子，真是自私自利體現到極致，如果你提早告訴我，我的房間沒有了，那我肯定是不會入住的
第二，房間的空調也是壞的，也沒人維修，總而言之，這家很垃圾，這個價位還有很多別的酒店民宿可以選擇，沒必要選擇這家來受氣。
