To be honest, I have stayed in Yihe many times, and every time I get home, I must come to the hot spring and spa to relax myself. But after checking out in the morning, I suddenly remembered that I had a bracelet in the room in the afternoon. I went back to the hotel and asked the front desk that there was nothing in the room during the morning rounds... but it basically fell on the table in the hotel room. Yes... This is a bit dissatisfied with my own reasons, but at least the guest rooms should be kept for a month if they are picked up by guests.

The location of the wooden house where we stayed is not in the same place as the check-in lobby, and there is no clear guide sign. We have been looking for a long time with another family, but we can’t contact us on the phone. In the end we found the hotel lobby and reported the problem to the front desk. Staff, there was a guy at the front desk who was still irrational, but a female staff member, who took the shuttle bus, came to apologize to us in the rain and gave us a free upgrade of the room type. We were very touched. The female staff has a very good service attitude, and the shuttle bus master also introduced us to the scenic spots and praised their service.
