此次的差評送給前台Ahmed，我們定了兩晚，到達房間後發現房間裏的空調不製冷，無奈衹能聯繫維修，維修了很久，雖然沒有修好……，，但是維修人員服務態度很好，無奈衹能去前台換房間，重點就是這裏，前台Ahmed非常傲慢，直接告知我們衹能給我們換個小房間，我們表示疑惑為什麼不可以換同房型，或者換成小房間是否退差價，結果Ahmend比我們還生氣？就好像我們提出了無理的要求？態度非常強硬的告知我們，就剩這小房間，要的話就讓他同事帶我們去看，不要就住空調無法制冷的原房間？我們去看了房間，比我們定的小太多了，我們表示不喜歡，如果預訂換成小房間是否會退差價，傲慢的Ahmed立刻表示這和他無關，我們僵持在前台，這時候Ahmed突然不耐煩的打電話，幾分鐘後他告訴我們還有一個房間，讓我們去看下，態度極差，命令式，好笑的事，我不懂他為什麼有如此無理的態度？並且之前告知我們衹有小房間，但在我們拒絕後，突然又有同房型了？這很有趣😁，事情到這裏並沒有結束，我們退房時，他竟然拿出滿意度表格讓我們填寫，我們拒絕後在等車期間，他的同事知道了Ahmed導致我們多次的不滿，這裏要感謝Mohamed，他試圖解決這個事情，讓Ahmed出來説明原因，但很明顯Ahmed有自己的個人素質？竟然出來質問我們為什麼不滿意？這真的太好笑了……，外部的車進酒店需要前台也就是Ahmed聯繫放行，結果他並沒有告知我們這件事，最後是Mohamed幫助我們解決了這個問題，但我相信這應該是Ahmed的工作內容，所以到現在為止，我依舊不明白他為何如此無理？酒店的要求嗎？！無理的對待中國人？這很有趣…

So cozy atmosphere, I had a very pleasant vacation. Waiters were so kind. Interesting entertainment. Recommend this hotel. I was with family, and truly recommend this place for families, and people who want to travel with friends. Enjoy your travel.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help with any requests, from booking excursions to calling a taxi. I felt welcome throughout my entire stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I got a good night's sleep every night. The room also had all the necessary amenities including a flat screen TV, minibar and free Wi-Fi. I also really liked the performance of the animation team.

hi y”all ! in the beginning of my review i wanna say that i’ve been here for 2 times and both were sooo nice that i decided 2 write sth about leisure time here ;) strongly recommend u 2 visit such a nice hotel w// your friends while going 2 take a holiday week from your work there’s no better place cause its really feels like a heaven!!! thank u, Jaz Makadi Saraya Palms 4 being so thoughtful 2 us ;) even my preg bestie despite her emotional swing was positive during all the time here what i can’t say on her arrival home :/ seems that we have 2 come once more!!!!! strongly recommend 1000/10 thx so much idk what to add＜33

Still here and don’t want to go home!! Amazing staff amazing place If I could give more than 5 stars I would Special mention for the entertainment team Kept our daughter entertained and me! Shark,Mark and Olga are a credit to this hotel Will deffo be back

Hotel is so good! We were here for the firdt time and it was a wonderful experience !! Rooms are big and comfortable !! The food is so delicious ! Also want to say big thanks for animation team ! They made our vacation unforgetable!! We reccomend this hotel and will also come back !!

We had an amazing time on our trip here. The hotel is lovely and clean. The food was always amazing and the staff are fantastic. Always friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. I wanted to pay particular thanks to the Animation Team. They were so friendly and we had so much fun spending time with them. Really great entertainment. We will miss you Bob, Shark, Mark and Olga!
