Lea is a wonderful barmaid and provided great service making my experience at Hotel Mercure a wonderful experience. She was friendly, professsional and has a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend this hotel highly because you feel well taken care of by staff that goes out of their way to ensure your needs. Bravo to Léa and her colleagues for a wonderful synergy and team spirit...even short staffed Lea manages to smile!

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

j'ai eu l'occasion de diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, très bon accueil et plat généreux , service rapide , je vous recommande le steak de thon la cuisson était parfaite , le café gourmand est impeccable

Super week-end en famille. Les chambres communicantes sont parfaites pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âge. Il y a un parking gratuit sur place ce qui est bien pratique et le centre ville est accessible en 10 min à pied. La piscine est super agréable, très propre et le jardin est magnifique. Les parties communes sont très propres et la déco est moderne. Très bon accueil que ce soit au restaurant ou à la réception. Petit déjeuner avec des produits régionaux ( notamment les confitures) très bon! On y reviendra les yeux fermés , merci pour l’accueil !

Un service d’accueil de très mauvaise qualité (amateurisme, nonchalance …). Infrastructure médiocre, limite de propreté dépassée. Moquette douteuse dans les chambres. Température de 16 degré dans la chambre à l’arrivée avec un dysfonctionnement du système de commande … Un hôtel qui gagnerait à ne pas être connu. À éviter

J’ai réservé une suite junior pour un week end mère fille Au moment d’ouvrir le lit de la 2 chambre ….bouteilles de whisky vide et draps non changés !! En « contre partie » une chambre en face avec vue parking !! Chef réceptionniste hyper désagréable : On vous a relogé on ne vous remboursera pas ! Pas un mot d’excuse Scandaleux ! Le plaisir de ce week end est tombé à l’eau !
