Had a fabulous holiday here. All staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Spotless everywhere. We stayed in a junior suite with a pool view on the third floor. Was stunning. Child friendly with disabled access. We will definitely be back. Entertainment on every night. Two pools and plenty of seating areas inside and outside.

This hotel is an absolute gem the staff are so nice and couldn't do enough for us so friendly the entertainment was cute cheerful and my 3 year old twins loved the mini disco ..I wasn't a fan of the San antonio area itself but we couldn't have stayed at a nicer hotel ... I would definitely recommend it for families and all.

We booked this as a late deal and were very pleasantly surprised. Firstly the hotel is immaculate and all the staff are lovely. Very courteous and chatty, the reception is very helpful. Our room is cleaned daily to a higher standard. The room although neat in size has everything you might need. A small kitchenette with a hot plate, a microwave and a fridge as well as crockery and cutlery, a tale 2 chairs and a flat screen tv in both rooms. A decent size double room and a modern well appointed bathroom which includes shower gel etc and a hairdryer. A small balcony but with a sea view although slightly obscured by a wall in parts but we are on the ground floor. This also includes a small pull out airer. The pool area is kept to a very high standard in fact one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The pool doesn’t open until 9 so it’s lovely there’s no mad dash for loungers or umbrellas of which there are plenty. The area for younger children has a host of things for children to enjoy and the communal areas are really well kept. The food is tasty and hot we have never had an evening when we couldn’t find something we liked and the food is of a good quality tasty and frequently topped up. You need to pay for any drinks in the restaurant.Breakfast has plenty of choice as well as eggs fried to order and omelettes made on the spot. There is a comprehensive mini market attached you can the hotel reasonably priced so don’t worry if you forget something. You can also hire pool towels for €1 a day. All in all a great small hotel that is playing to its strengths. We would definitely return so that’s the best compliment really.

This hotel is spotless rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. The staff are brilliant and so polite. The food is OK a lot of people said it was great so maybe it's me who's hard to please. I would recommend this hotel for rest and relaxation. The pool is great and there is an area away from main pool for children equipped with slides plus play area I would definitely return.

We couldn’t fault the staff and cleanliness of the hotel as it was outstanding . We are confused as to what type of category the hotel comes under as there wasn’t even children’s or adult entertainment. We came here as we are newly weds for our honeymoon and my only gripe was that upon check in we had to pay and extra fee of around 45 euros which wasn’t a problem however working myself in the hospitality industry for over 20 this is something I would have expected to be I formed about prior to check in . We also had ants in the room to which I took videos of and asked politely if we could move rooms to which they said no . Also , I emailed the hotel 3 times prior to inform them that we were newly weds and had no response . I mentioned this upon check in to be told quite abruptly that nothing was offered due to everyone asking . Again , I can appreciate this however to not even then congratulate us I thought was very poor on there behalf

The rooms were emaculate and clean. The staff were amazing and could never do enough for you. The food was amazing and great choice. The entertainment was fantastic. The pool areas were great and we'll maintained. I will absolutely return.

Lovely holiday, lovely hotel , we went with 2 small children and they loved it ! Kids pool is very good ! Hotel and rooms are very clean and food is amazing. We was half board and food was perfect . Location is easy to get to places such as water taxi 5 mins away to San Antonio. Would definitely go back

The hotel has a really good pool area plenty of room around the pool, good as it has a separate kids area when we were staying as a couple. Good choice of food quality of food was good. The hotel is situated right at the point of the bay and is not easily accessible by walking to San Antonio centre, taxis are available at 10-15 euros per trip or buses were available or the water taxi but very limited service on these two, the area is very run down and in need of some restoration on the buildings, in hindsight would been better to find hotel nearer San Antonio centre. But on the whole alright if you are looking just for some sun and relaxation around the hotel all good.

Been before , serveral times , last went just before covid , so the rooms and pool were still the same ,Booked 2 bedroom appar**ent for 10 days , 2 disabled people and 2 able body people , room small had to move rooms , food wasnt great,, stayed here before serveral times , but now hotel has new rules , only allowed to smoke at steps by pool entrance at night time entertainment, don't no how that's going to work in summer time ,? we went early this year , hotel had only opened but entertainment was once in the morning , no kids club, then there was dave the singer who lives ibiza has been singing here for years, was glad to hear him sing and play guitar , great night , wanderful was the life guard, he entertained the kids , my grandson loved seeing him every morning, he greated everyone round the pool every morning, afternoon and evening , a lot of the shoos around weren't opened , don't no ifs it's early for them , but the area hasn't had money spend there in years , hard for people in wheel chairs and mobility scooter on footpaths
