It was a pleasant experience staying at this holiday park.
Nice location, spacious and clean rooms. The swimming pool was fabulous.

We reported on our first day that we had no hot water, maintenance man arrived, looked, then left saying he would be back. Never came back! No hot water for the whole stay. Apartment was dirty and smelly, again we reported it on the first day, nothing! Extremely rundown accomodation at a high cost. IHP needs to step up and join the 21st century.

We stayed in the studio deluxe room which was very nice, although could do with a mirror in the living area. The bar and swimming area looked nice but as we stayed mid week late June there was no entertainment, which was a shame so we did not use this facility.
The site was in desperate need of a complete makeover, very run down outside.
It was a good place for a base to visit north Devon.

Comfortable apartments which seem to have been recently renovated. Clean, warm and well equipped. Bar and clubhouse available in addition to self catering.

For three middle aged guys cycling the Devon coast to coast route, absolutely perfect! Clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Reception very helpful and accommodating, keeping us updated during the day with arrangements for our late arrival. Would certainly book again.

We booked at last minute and from the photos showed on the website to what we had were worlds apart. The apartment was nothing what we were expecting. Would not recommend or return

Lovely apartment, modern and very new and clean. Super hot shower comfy bed.
Grest view from the window.
Swimming pool snd sauna both excellant as well.
Our only negative was the noisy people upstairs
