"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. "The room was decent, clean, and the facilities were mostly complete. The only issue was the air conditioner's outdoor unit was quite noisy, which affected my sleep. The service was good; they proactively upgraded my room to a quieter one on the inner side. They also offer airport shuttle service, which is convenient for travelers with layovers. However, the shuttle vehicle itself was in poor condition, with damaged and dirty seats, making for an uncomfortable ride. Improving this would be a great enhancement."

"Arrived at Daxing late at night from abroad. The hotel picked me up promptly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel lobby has a lot of character. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning had been turned on beforehand. I had a great night's sleep and then continued my journey. Excellent experience, very satisfied 👍. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. One day I had trouble using the washing machines, and one of the receptionists came with me and helped fix the problem. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. The housekeeping team was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, even if we went out later than usual. Every day they also left us two complimentary bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt at home from the very first day. We also loved the cultural activities the hotel offered. They were a wonderful way to experience Chinese culture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, excellent service, and hospitality. "About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!"

"Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner."

"This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. "The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and refreshing scent – instant good vibes! The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too firm, and the pillows were at a comfortable height. I was asleep within five minutes of lying down. The biggest surprise was the amazing water pressure in the shower and how quickly the hot water came on. It was perfect for washing away all the day's fatigue, making me feel completely revitalized."

"I booked this chain hotel for an early flight the next morning. It advertised free late-night congee from 8 PM to midnight. I arrived at 10 PM, but there was only a tiny bit of plain white congee left. When I asked the staff, they said they only provide congee and no other varieties. However, I've stayed at several Qiuguo chain hotels in Beijing before, and their late-night congee always included small buns, steamed rolls, biscuits, yogurt, etc., in addition to plain congee. I don't understand why different hotels under the same brand offer different things. Upon entering the room, I saw a small sign on the desk that read, 'Equipped with a fresh air ventilator,' and I knew it was for pay-per-use scanning, but I couldn't find the device anywhere in the room. Another sign said, 'Travel helper,' but I couldn't find that in the room either, and the staff didn't give me one at check-out. I've stayed at other hotels near the airport before, and the staff always gave out a small bag of travel essentials at check-out. It's not that I absolutely needed the free congee or the small complimentary items. It's more that I feel a bit misled. Anyway, if I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport the day before a business trip again, I definitely won't choose this one."
