"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

"The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good."

"This hotel is really close to the airport, which is a huge plus. The value for money is great, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the female driver who took me to the airport – she was just as proactive as the male drivers in helping with luggage."

"About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!"

"Arrived at Daxing late at night from abroad. The hotel picked me up promptly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel lobby has a lot of character. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning had been turned on beforehand. I had a great night's sleep and then continued my journey. Excellent experience, very satisfied 👍. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have a layover at Daxing Airport."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner."

"The smart equipment in the newly renovated room is sensitive and easy to operate. The overall cleaning is very clean and there is no dust smell left over from the decoration. The walls and floors are clean and bright. The mood is getting better when I live in, and the details are also in place."

Service: The service was exceptionally good! They helped arrange taxis to and from the airport, and there was complimentary late-night supper. The service was incredibly thoughtful. I've stayed in many hotels in Beijing, and many across the country (China, excluding TW), and I believe this one offers some of the best value for money nationwide. I really love Longlong, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. I feel that their service is on par with Atour, and even better than many star-rated hotels. Overall, I think this hotel is truly dedicated and thoughtful. Everyone will surely love it! I'll definitely be back! What an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Vanno Hotel is just so, so good! "The hotel is only two stories high and close to the courtyard, so it can get a bit noisy. The bedding in the room is excellent, and while the smart features aren't super smart, they're perfectly fine. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area."
