"Five-star review! While this hotel doesn't boast five-star facilities, its service far surpasses many newly renovated hotels, offering a truly heartwarming experience. Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, right in the heart of Zhongshan District, with mature and well-developed surrounding amenities. Whether it's for shopping, visiting Zhongshan Square, enjoying the Donggang night view, or heading to famous attractions like Xinghai Square and Tiger Beach, getting around is super convenient. The transportation network is excellent, making it very easy whether you're driving or taking a taxi. It's highly efficient for travel and perfectly suited for family trips and short getaways. What left the deepest impression during my stay was the meticulous service from the concierge department. The service was attentive, proactive, and down-to-earth, completely devoid of a rigid, procedural feel. The concierge team was enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout; they greeted us proactively and assisted promptly whenever we entered or exited. They were very considerate when helping with luggage and guiding us with directions. As we were traveling by car, the staff provided attentive guidance throughout, actively helped transfer our luggage, and directed us straight to the exclusive elevator for the underground parking garage. This was incredibly helpful for travelers with elderly family members and children. For daily travel inquiries, sightseeing routes, and recommendations for local food, the concierge staff were patient and detailed in their answers, offering very practical local advice that saved us a lot of unnecessary detours during our trip. The overall service attitude was sincere and responsive; you could feel the professionalism and dedication in every detail. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, with a prime location and attentive, detailed service. The overall ambiance and experience were top-notch. I genuinely feel that this hotel's service lives up to five-star quality and is an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian. I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation on my next trip to Dalian!"

"Although this is an older five-star hotel, my impression was that it would be lavish but with outdated facilities. However, this hotel has kept up with the times. The hairdryer was upgraded to a Laifen, which works wonderfully, and the toilet is a smart Panasonic model. There's a smart alarm clock by the bed with a night light, wireless charging, and a radio. In terms of service, they upgraded our room type and even helped us secure a reservation for the Hong Kong-style buffet when it was fully booked. When we left, they gave a doll to our child, which was a very thoughtful touch. Special thanks to Vivian for her attentive service. If I had to pick one downside, it would probably be that the hotel has too many rooms. It was fully booked during our entire stay, and we had to queue for breakfast every day. As three families traveling together, we couldn't sit together for breakfast even once."

"Fantastic! A two-bedroom apartment that both the elderly, kids, and my family absolutely loved! They thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room. Downstairs, you can see the Venetian Water Town at night, and it's really quiet, with no mosquitoes. The bedding and air conditioning were all comfortable! A washing machine, sofa, and fridge were all included. We stayed for three days straight, and when we moved to another place afterward, there was a noticeable drop in quality – we really should have just stayed here the whole time! Highly recommend for families with children or elderly members!"
