XiaohanjiayouThe hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

Guest UserA wonderful place. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. I arrived at 1 PM and they offered immediate check-in without any extra charges. When I checked out, I left my luggage for storage. It's very comfortable. The mattress is excellent, and it's quiet. I slept really well. The breakfasts are good. There's a coffee machine in the lobby for guests. I really liked the design. Everything was more than satisfactory for me. The location is excellent. I want to highlight again how well I slept and how friendly the people are. I felt extremely comfortable.

МаринаМетGood location. The room was a decent size, but there weren't many surfaces to put things on. Breakfast was sparse, nothing special. The cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping was faultless. There's a bar with a coffee machine on the first floor, but it was never open during our entire stay, seemingly just for show. It was impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out; we were told to go to the 5th-floor restaurant – that's a definite downside.

The room was small, and the receptionist was friendly but unprofessional. For example, when I asked how to get to Gori, they said I could take a taxi. (It's like telling me to take a taxi from Shanghai to Suzhou—why would I ask if I could take a taxi?)
When I asked where the intercity train station was, they said they were new and didn't know. They completely lacked any willingness to help me look it up. Basically, they knew nothing about answering my questions and gave random replies after reading my message.
Furthermore, there was no phone in the room; I had to add the receptionist on WhatsApp. As a Chinese user whose phone number couldn't be registered, I also had to download an app to receive necessities like toothbrushes or slippers.

MOHAMMED ALJAAFARIWe had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality.
The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.
I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

Advantages:
- size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop
- view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached.
- lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside
Disadvantages:
- the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount.
- the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine.
Notes:
- before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks).
- the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Museum Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions of Old Tbilisi. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The combination of historical atmosphere with modern comfort makes this hotel special. If we return to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Svetlana yogaGood hotel, about a 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a gym and a small sauna. Breakfasts are tasty, buffet style, though the selection isn't huge. In the bathroom, the toilet flush wasn't working well.

Guest UserThe staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them.
If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced.
If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day.
Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with.
It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating.
In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place.
That said, there are worse places. Good luck.

Positive aspects:
The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
