Welcome to ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park. Steps away from the emerald Mziuri park, this ibis Styles offers to its guests an unique connection to the, arguably, greenest and most refreshing area of Tbilisi. Treat yourself to a short morning walk though the park to start exploring city his iconic attractions and charms of the Old Town. Hotels location provides an easy access to dining at the old Wine Factory district, as well as shopping and business hubs all along the vibrant Chavchavadze avenue.

"Food: Decent for breakfast, staff replenishes items as needed. Room: Daily room cleaning, fridge, bed, shower, and toilet – everything you need. The downside is the lack of curtains. There's a business center nearby, and if your room is on the unlucky side, you'll be perfectly visible. Service: Daily cleaning, paid laundry service, paid shaving kits. P.S. In my room, they add tea bags if I use them up – that's a nice touch. Location: Near the zoo (funny to hear a donkey at night) and a park. Shops are not far, just a two-crossing walk away. Easily accessible by taxi from Rustaveli or the Old Town."

An icon of the city's most lively and vibrant neighborhood, Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze sits on the avenue of its namesake, offering unrivaled views over the city. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as the city's main business centers and embassies. Discover our Andazi restaurant, featuring international cuisine with Georgian highlights and unique cocktails. Our hotel features a fitness center and incredible meeting facilities.

"The hotel is located in the city center of Tbilisi. Tbilisi isn't a very large city, so it's about a 20-minute drive to both the Old and New Towns. It's roughly a 45-minute drive from Tbilisi International Airport, traffic permitting. The hotel's breakfast is pretty average; two days are enough. For the rest of your stay, I'd recommend eating out."

"I really liked the concept of this budget hotel. It's perfect if you're staying for a couple of nights to visit Tbilisi's main attractions. It has everything you need: comfortable, compact rooms, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and breakfast (though we didn't opt for that). The hotel is located in a great area with excellent amenities, including many cafes, trendy spots, a two-story McDonald's, and close proximity to the metro and funicular."

"The hotel is quite close to the city center, yet the neighborhood is quiet. There's a metro station and bus stops nearby. You'll also find Khinkali House and a 24-hour store within walking distance. Plus, there's a small market nearby where you can buy fresh vegetables and berries. The hotel itself is new, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's a rooftop terrace with excellent views. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. In the evening, you can even watch hot air balloons right from the terrace – it's quite impressive! Would we choose this hotel again? Yes!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. I liked everything from the respiratory where we met Tamar's kind and friendly girl. The room is comfortable, all new, comfortable mattresses, good air conditioning, in the bathroom all the necessary facilities (soap, shampoo, gel, vent ...) in the room there is a small electric teapot, tea bags, which is very nice. There is a very spacious and comfortable kitchen room. This hotel feels care and hospitality in the petals. On the other hand, the hotel is a small square. The place is quite quiet and quiet for accommodation.. If you walk the old streets of the city literally 5 minutes, you can reach the Teflis restaurant. There is also a ATM and a small grocery store and several points where you can buy fruits, watermelons (We were in August), local baking ... Another 5-10 minutes walk and the most center of the old Tbilisi opens.. So the location is excellent.. And it was very pleasant when we left and expected a taxi near the hotel that Tamara stood on the ward and escorted. This is the hotel where you want to go back again.. If we are in Tbilisi, we will definitely choose this place again. Thank you.."

"Great location, not far from the city center. We stayed for 5 nights. On the first night, we were given a room with a tiny balcony facing the street. It was very noisy, and the room itself was minuscule with worn-out, chipped furniture. In the morning, I went to the reception to request a room change. They offered an option overlooking the inner courtyard. The view wasn't great, but at least it was quiet and had a proper balcony, not just a token one. Breakfasts were repetitive, but you wouldn't go hungry. I wouldn't say this is a 4-star hotel; it's a solid 3-star. Overall, everything was good, but there were a few minor issues. The staff at the reception were excellent."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious, bright, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My travel plans changed unexpectedly, and the manager was incredibly kind and understanding, making a stressful situation much easier for me. Their hospitality really made a difference. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi."

"A chic holiday in a luxurious hotel with stunning views! We really liked this chic, luxurious and big hotel! From the entrance to the hall we have a wonderful impression met very welcoming staff. I would like to mark the incredible, very pleasant smell that feels throughout the hotel. The rooms are just chic: very spacious, with a cool little balcony and a stunning panoramic view all the main attractions of the city You can see as on your hands! The room has absolutely everything you need, it was crazy fun to spend time. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower and a very good, qualitative cosmetics from London.Breakfast was good. Not to say that the menu is very diverse, but it was all necessary, delicious and qualitative. The hotel has a great large swimming pool and a beautiful spa area with pleasant showers right in the hall. The only minus y lying at the pool is not always strictly controlled by staff. Some guests leave towels on them and leave for a long time. Therefore, you can not always find a free place at once, but if you want, you can wait a little, and it will appear. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and large. It is very convenient to get to it on the rope road there and back, the road one way 13 minutes, and the scenic views are open around. In general, we liked everything very much. We sincerely recommend this hotel for a rest!"

Overlooking the Mtkvari River, our hotel is close to Tbilisi’s top attractions, historic sites, and entertainment. We’re less than three kilometers from Narikala Fortress, Sulfur Baths, and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as city’s natural wonders, including the Leghvtakhevi Waterfall and National Botanic Garden.

"Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself."

"The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly. What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation. I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake. I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior. Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities."

Good location. The room was a decent size, but there weren't many surfaces to put things on. Breakfast was sparse, nothing special. The cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping was faultless. There's a bar with a coffee machine on the first floor, but it was never open during our entire stay, seemingly just for show. It was impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out; we were told to go to the 5th-floor restaurant – that's a definite downside.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality. The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

The staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them. If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced. If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day. Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with. It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating. In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place. That said, there are worse places. Good luck.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
