3-Star Hotels in Tbilisi

This hotel was very clean, and they cleaned our room every day. On our last day, we realized we could have asked them not to clean it. The rooftop view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the scenery in the evenings. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us cool throughout our entire vacation. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even giving us advice on where to find money changers. Thank you very much for everything!

The hotel has a great location in Tbilisi's Old Town, making it convenient for shopping and dining. However, the accommodation experience was rather average. The soundproofing wasn't great, and the street conditions outside were a bit rough, making it difficult to walk with luggage. The room I was given also had a strange layout—a long, narrow space with a pillar in the middle! 😂 The overall space wasn't very comfortable, so I can only give the room a mediocre rating. But the breakfast was truly amazing! The fruit was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the selection was quite extensive. The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided good service. In summary: the room was average, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was a plus.

The hotel is alright, and the staff are excellent. The location is right in the city center, but the room is very small (you get what you pay for). The window doesn't open properly, the floors were quite dirty, and the noise level made it hard to sleep. Other than that, it's acceptable. The photo shows the maximum extent to which the window can be opened :(

Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

The location is super convenient, right in the Old Town, down a small alley. It's walking distance to all the nearby attractions, and the Astronomical Clock is just a 3-4 minute walk away. It's a relatively old-fashioned hotel, and the manager and front desk staff were very welcoming.

The location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.

Overall, I liked the hotel; the location is convenient. We were checked into a room on the 3rd floor with mountain views, which was very beautiful. I loved spending time on the balcony on rainy days or after long walks. The room is spacious, with large windows. Towels were changed daily, and water was provided. Regarding cleanliness, there are definitely issues: dirty windows, dust, a rusty soap holder, and the floors weren't mopped, only once out of the six days we stayed there, and the sheets were changed on that same day. But overall, it wasn't critical for me. It's comfortable and cozy. As someone who enjoys a cozy sit-down on a balcony, I would have liked a kettle in the room, but they don't provide one. However, you can get free tea and coffee in the dining area anytime. Avlabari metro station is 10 minutes away, and the Cathedral is literally visible from the window.

The hotel's location is its main advantage. The bed and pillow were soft, which was also a plus for me. And it seemed like the overall stay was fine, but! Service makes all the difference. In 7 days, no one came to clean my room once. When I saw the cleaner on the second-to-last day and asked why they weren't even taking out the trash, I was told: 'Just grab a bag yourself and take it to the outdoor bin.' What, excuse me? For the last 3 days, the Wi-Fi and TVs in the rooms weren't working, and one day there was no water at all. And the staff – it's like they greet you and talk to you, but in reality, they don't care about you at all. Also, it wouldn't hurt for the hotel to put up signs for guests, and for the staff, asking them not to make noise on balconies and in the stairwell corridors. The doors are paper-thin, and as soon as someone starts talking loudly (and they don't know how to be quiet there), whether it's 7 AM or midnight, you can hear everything in your room.

The fact that it's hard to climb is generally okay but the fact that some people are constantly accumulating there and making noise, and the room was on the second floor, it's not cool at all, it also happens that someone smokes under the windows. in the hotel itself, if someone rings the intercom or just quietly communicates in the hallway, it feels like they are communicating right in your room, there is no sound insulation at all. The administrators themselves do not control this in any way, and during the day you can share with all the neighbors in the hotel their grief or happiness from the day, if only you understand their language) The room itself is quite nice and the view is not bad, except that the window overlooks the balcony of the next room and it turns out that if someone is sitting on the balcony, then you either close the windows or are already in their company There was also a strong smell of dampness from the toilet, and the shower itself did not have a curtain, so you would have to go to the toilet itself after a shower in high slippers or remove the entire tub from the water. also among the advantages there is a bathrobe, a refrigerator, a microwave, a set of towels, gels and shampoos, which can not but please I was also very upset with the local Wi-Fi, either slow or very bad.

The next morning I returned the car and caught a flight. This place is close to the airport by car, so I chose it. It has a good value for money. There is a restaurant next to it, and the local dishes are quite good.
