Perfect!!!! A small, cozy, clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Just a minute's walk away is a lively tourist street with everything you need. The metro is 10 minutes away. The hosts are super friendly and kind people; they even helped us buy bus tickets to Batumi. The breakfasts aren't varied but they're delicious and homely, and they have everything you need. We absolutely loved everything! ☺️

It's quite remote, but it's recommended for those who want to relax. It takes about an hour and a half to move from the city area, and there is really no store nearby, so it might be better to come after stopping by the supermarket. There was a simple kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. It's like a family business, so you might want to call or ring the intercom when you arrive. The room is relatively clean and comfortable, and do you want coffee? My father made an omelet for breakfast, which was the best. There is also a pool and sauna, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit, and I regret it, and I would like to use it if I have the opportunity to come to Tbilisi slowly next time.

Great location, a simple guesthouse. The electronic lock at the entrance often gets stuck! The amenities are very basic, but then again, it's very cheap! Close to the metro and bus stops!

We settle in a quiet and cozy room. Staff friendly and always ready to come for help. There is a terrace on the roof from where the view of the city is open (photo, unfortunately, made only one). It is near the metro(go minutes 5-7)

Все в целом отлично: чисто, удобно, приятная атмосфера, персонал и условия проживания оставили хорошее впечатление. Единственный существенный минус — периодически чувствуется запах канализации. Также зона курения на балконах расположена неудачно: запах тянет прямо в хостел и иногда даже в комнату, что заметно портит комфорт. Если не учитывать этот момент, то место действительно хорошее и в остальном все понравилось.

A very cozy hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff. A wonderful woman greets you at breakfast, and the food is laid out like home, delicious. Special thanks to Giorgi: we were delayed on the way, but they still waited for us and checked us in. The rooms are spacious, with fresh linens. There's a great hookah bar on the fourth floor of the hotel; we didn't even need to go out to enjoy a large group. The terrace has its own pool and tables. Everything you need for a great stay. The guys always answered all our questions promptly and did everything they could to ensure we had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful service and true Georgian hospitality.

Excellent room, everything was clean, new, and beautiful, just like in the photos. Perfect value for money. Quick check-in, and cleaning every other day. There's a steep hill to climb, some parts are at a 45-degree angle, so if you have small children or elderly people, a taxi is recommended. Otherwise, it's a brisk 7-minute walk uphill from the Sulphur Baths district. On the other hand, you get a stunning city view from the terrace, better than any observation deck. The photos show the view from the window of a first-floor room and from the rooftop terrace.

I traveled to Tbilisi solo and stayed at Point Hotel — and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for a solo traveler! ❤️ From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Thanks to them, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’re staying with good friends. 🥰 I especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere. When you’re traveling alone, this kind of hospitality means so much. And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️ 10/10! Normal place for my money. Of the downsides: booked a day earlier because I arrived at 6 a.m. Called the hotel and warned I would arrive early. Eventually everyone was still waiting for the girl to register. Of the plus: location and non-invasive service. For a couple of days I recommend. Not for a long stop.
