The landlord was very nice, and the place was cozy and comfortable. Safety: There was a lock. Facilities: There was a washing machine. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Located in a residential area, in a yard with a grape vine. Service: The landlord was very kind, waited for us for a long time, and even gave us an extra bed.

One of my favorite stays in Georgia! This guesthouse offered fresh, clean air and a beautiful view of the city. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location added to the charm. The owner was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made my stay feel truly welcoming. A memorable experience from start to finish.

Cozy apartment in the city center, close to the main attractions. It has a kitchen and other amenities inside. The host gave useful recommendations on where to go, where to exchange currency, and helped with free parking for the car.

I arrived late at night and wandered. I was able to relax at the hostel because I was well connected to the boss. Friendly guided and comfortable stay

The private small hotel hidden in the local life circle, the landlord is very enthusiastic, the surrounding environment is safe, and the door is not locked. There are some other residents in the whole small yard, which is very lifelike. It is a different experience from staying in a hotel. It seems to be shabby, but I like it very much.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Very good location.. close to public transportation and malls restaurants and metro station..

Casual and relaxed hostel, nice people.  Located near city center.  Nice room.  I had a single room for 17 $, it was a scoop.  Clean room and the bed was extraordinary comfortable.  Good kitchen with gas stoves.  Cheap food stores and eateries nearby.

The room sanitation is OK. At the attractions. Near the square. A few hundred meters have arrived at the attractions. I went there that day and didn't live. He was full. Send me other hotels. ! Very suitable for tourism and living. !
