"I was satisfied with the value for money. On the first night, the blanket had a slight odor. Also, if you're a light sleeper, the motorcycle noise at night might be a bit bothersome. However, the nearby restaurants and massage places were good. I booked this room for the Oslob tour, so it was perfectly adequate for that purpose. Breakfast was delicious. I also had dinner, and it was tasty for the price. The New York steak was great!"

"It was the BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BOOKED in my LIFE. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. The room was so clean and the amenities is complete. Theres a beach 5mins away from here. When I lost my wash bag everyone was so busy looking for it until I found it. They are so helpful and I loved the experience here. If I will go back to Mactan Cebu I will definitely come back here. The price is worth the service. I also loved their buffet breakfast. I was so delicious and unique. All the restaurant is also very near walking distance so it was WORTH IT! Please keep up the good work. I am only sad that the pool is not available when I came here. Please make it available ASAP. We wish you well. I wanna invest in this kind of hotel too. Please tell me how I can do that. We are so grateful. I still give a 5 STARRRR ALL for All this. See you next time!"

"The hotel's location is good; there's a restaurant right next door where we ate every day, and the food was delicious. We had a big issue with the air conditioning. In our first room, it broke on the second day. We asked for it to be fixed, and they offered to move us to another room. It wasn't a quick change; we waited about 4 hours for the room swap, but I'm grateful they did it. However, in the new room, condensation was dripping from the AC unit above ours, and the constant dripping noise filled the room, making it hard to sleep. I suggest they install some kind of drip trays. Other than that, it was okay for a short stay."

"Location is great. It’s near the airport, near the beach, many restaurants and convenience stores around. However the cleanliness of the hotel has so much more to improve. Pillowcases smelled used, so I had it replaced. The duvet cover also has some nasty smell. They do not clean daily. And when they do, they don’t replace towels. They are nice when I’m asking for assistance, but clean sheets and pillows should be a standard and I shouldn’t ask for it pa. Their pool on the third floor is not that safe for children, as some of the tiles are quite lifted up, and it could cause small cut if you’re not careful. But their infinity pool near the beach is great, it’s big and clean. However, water there is expensive, so bring some with you if you decide to go."

"We arrived at the hotel at 4am and was told that we have to pay a full day's rate instead of the early check in rate of 1000 pesos that we are communicated earlier, as the early check in timing is supposed to be 8am. We paid for it as we were so tired from the flight. It would be good if the hotel had given us some discount since its just a few hours from the early check in timing. Room was fantastic and clean, spacious enough for luggages and movement. There is a long dressing table and a side ledge along the windows, perfect for us to put our stuffs. Bathroom has hand shower, which is perfect for us. Only thing is the bidet, too painful to use with its small but powerful jets lol. Thank you to the hotel for giving us a connecting room for our friends as we are in a group of 5. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and at a reasonable price, in fact it is better than another hotel's breakfast which was priced more steeply. Hotel staffs were polite and hospitable, response was fast when we called for extra toiletries in the room. Ayala mall was across the road from the hotel, but the only challenge was crossing that road. Concierge was very helpful with our luggages upon arrival and departure. In all, it's a great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there!"

"This hotel I had been interested in for a long time. Both the doorman and the reception staff were very pleasant, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. The interior design was also very much to my taste. The breakfast selection was excellent, with many protein rich dishes, and I was very satisfied. One thing I noticed was that there were no hand towels provided in the room, so we had to manage with just one bath towel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall I would love to visit again."

"We booked this hotel just for one night because we were gonna fly next day, this hotel is 10-15 mins grab away from the airport, and it provides such good value for money, so we decided on booking here. The location is excellent, got lots of food and coffee places downstairs, a couple of huge supermarkets right at the door step, a 711 in 1 mins walk. One thing I’d like to share, I lost something on the grab taken to the hotel, in the evening I realised I lost it, I went to the reception, and they were trying hard to help me and took me to the nearby police for further assistance. Eventuall, I got my lat item back right before my flight, so I am thankful to the staff here."

JJeffrey0210We chose to stay here a day early after our Bohol vacation because we didn't want to wake up early for the ferry to Cebu Airport. It's about a 50-minute drive from the Cebu pier and 30 minutes from the airport, so the transportation is quite decent. The environment lives up to Sheraton's quality. The hotel seems relatively new, so the facilities are very well maintained, and the views are absolutely stunning. Our room type had two 1.3-meter double beds, perfect for two adults and two children, with one adult sharing a bed with one child. The bathroom is spacious and clearly partitioned, with a well-designed shower, toilet, bathtub, vanity, and storage. The bedroom lighting is excellent, and the night light is a definite plus – just enough light for adults to browse their phones after the kids are asleep without waking them up. Now, for a complaint about the food. We had the dinner buffet at 5cien, and it was, without a doubt, the worst buffet I've ever had. Not a single dish was to my taste. The selection wasn't extensive to begin with, and then the food itself was just bad. It really doesn't justify the price of approximately 235 RMB per person. I tried everything, and it was practically inedible and a waste of ingredients. In the end, I had no choice but to eat the steamed dishes, but even those felt a bit undercooked. Because of that evening's experience, my expectations for breakfast the next day were very low. I didn't dare to hope for anything good, just ate a little and quickly checked out. Breakfast was slightly better than dinner, but that's about all I can say.

__ayxxxk__Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu. The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me. The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely. The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion. I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all. There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours. If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan...

VVerniThe best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

FFranciluisssWell, I’d go with my honest review here. First of all… I did not expect my room to be this wide and spacious… it’s amazing. Their consistency in cleanliness is impressive as always, as a person who already stayed here in Mandarin for a couple of times (this is my first time travelling solo). Their breakfast never fails, all hits and no misses. The receptionists, housekeepers, security anf staffs are very kind. The hotel is also across from Ayala Center, which is an easy access for shopping and recreation. So far, 10/10. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Cebu. Shoutout kay Kuya Guard who became my friend, we’ll see each other soon. 😌🤝

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

YyaytakoFantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

GGuest UserI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up. The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient. Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free. So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out.
