"The price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)"

KKSJPHands down, the best hotel in Cebu! The scenery is breathtaking, and the beach is incredibly long, with soft sand and plenty of fish in the water. My kids absolutely loved it, especially with the dedicated children's pool and slides. The only downside is that breakfast gets incredibly crowded; it seems like many people who aren't even staying at the hotel come just for the breakfast, leading to long queues every morning. It's quite pricey, definitely the most expensive in Cebu, but absolutely worth it. I think I'll be back!

AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed for three nights and didn't even leave the hotel once ā I simply didn't want to! All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping was super responsive; any request I had was handled very quickly.
The restaurant service was even more meticulous. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the staff would proactively and kindly ask if I wanted coffee or other drinks, and often, the coffee was even complimentary ā such a heartwarming detail. The mangosteens and mangoes at breakfast were unlimited, making it a true 'fruit paradise' ā so satisfying! The breakfast selection on Saturday and Sunday was rich and delicious, while Monday's was slightly less impressive, but overall, it was still fantastic. The entire experience was exceptional; I highly recommend this hotel!

VVerniThe best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

KKatie Cody yuIt was a perfect honeymoon!!! I cried all the way home when we left. The owners, Mike and Sarah Tom, were incredibly kind and helpful, like family! We felt completely at home!!!
It was truly a dream come true. The service was excellent, it felt so much like coming home, so much happier than going back to my suffocating family home. We received wonderful hospitality and a great stay. The food was also very good, and the massages were both affordable and excellent. I want to go back and stay here again for a while!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at D Gecko Hotel overall. The hotel is located a bit farther in along an unpaved road, which made the access slightly inconvenient.
We booked a family room, and it was very spacious, perfect for our group. It came with two single beds and one double bed, which made it comfortable for everyone. We also appreciated the small details like having a kettle in the room and a free water dispenser available for refills, which was a big plus.
The only downside for us was the pillows, which were not very comfortable for sleeping. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and good value for families.

Plus, the daily housekeeping was thorough and meticulous, so even on an extended stay, we felt refreshed every day. And the location, oh the location! Just like in the review photos, it boasts an ideal tropical paradise view. With a large pool and water slides, it's perfect for families with kids. The pool was also incredibly clean and comfortable, with staff diligently cleaning up debris early each morning. This is truly a wonderful hotel I'd recommend to everyone. All the staff members were bright and friendly. You absolutely have to check it out!

GGuest UserThis is an 'one-island-one-hotel' concept, and the environment is beautiful. There are many activities to choose from on the island. We only stayed one day, but you could easily spend more days here and not run out of things to do. You can snorkel on both the east and west sides. On the west side, there are more local guides (outside of the hotel) who can take you snorkeling. Apparently, you can even spot baby sharks, though we didn't see any. Definitely don't arrive at the pier at the last minute for the boat to the island; make sure to get there early.

GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

GGuest UserI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect.
Theyāre not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball.
Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from.
There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby.
They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room.
I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didnāt mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who donāt want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.
