I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist whenever we needed something, and their warm attitude really made a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. Everything was well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated how clean the bathroom and other areas of the room were. You can really tell that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a good standard of cleanliness. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to get around and access nearby places. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I appreciated most was the overall service. Sometimes a hotel can have beautiful rooms, but it’s the staff and the little details that really make the experience memorable. Here, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Any questions or requests we had were handled politely and efficiently. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. It was a comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly staff and great service. One for the books! Everything is impeccably done from the service to the food! Earl who assisted us with our check in and check out was brilliant, helpful and professional. We are very delighted with our stay and we look forward to staying in Nustar hotel again.

Reception was a bit cold. Emailed them we’re celebrating our wedding anniversary and requested a surprise room set up for my husband yet the manager does not read email on time as they knocked on the door at 6pm to offer the “surprise”. Bathroom toiletries are ill equipped— for the price of the room I don’t want to be asking room services for lotion or earbuds! Booked a celebratory dinner at Dip, their open wines are past their acceptable rate, we requested to open a fresh bottle. Surprised to see them return the “expired ones” back on shelf after using an “oxy vacuum machine”. Sad. Our server is very good and polite, a snappy young man (sorry forgot his name). Thank you dong, you’re really attentive. Food: Beef cheek was good, but not the Wagyu beef, it has a lot of inedible parts— disappointing for the price. The side dishes were good. Breakfast is an okay spread.

A wonderful hotel right by the sea. It's small, with only 8 rooms (if I remember correctly). All the rooms are large, clean, and beautiful. There's no TV, but that didn't bother us at all. They have their own reef where you can swim with turtles and various fish. They also organize transport with a driver for trips to see sharks and waterfalls. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. We absolutely loved everything and didn't even leave the hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The island was beautiful and we really loved the place. However, I was disappointed with the drone policy. Even though I already had a permit, drone flying was only allowed in one specific area, which did not feel safe because it was surrounded by water. It would be better to provide safer and more flexible flying locations for visitors with approved permits.

The hotel was very clean, and the service quality was excellent, making for a comfortable trip ✈️. Even when waiting for a taxi outside the hotel, the staff waited with us and chatted with us with a smile. As it was my first international trip, it created wonderful memories! The morning buffet was also a lot of fun, and everything was delicious!

We had a wonderful family stay at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful beachfront setting, relaxing atmosphere, and warm Filipino hospitality. The resort is perfect for families who want to slow down, spend quality time together, and enjoy a beautiful escape without having to leave the property. We especially loved the pools, the beach, and the peaceful surroundings. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their service really made us feel taken care of and added to the overall experience.

I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

I stayed a week and a half with my friend in Costabella. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made our stay excellent from the second we arrived at the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and water got refilled. The hotel has its own beach and swimming pools, an excellent dining hall and a restaurant with various delicious meals and drinks. Also there are water activities at the facility which requier extra payment which is also accessible, the kayak is free for use for 30min which is nice. This was our first visit to the Philippines and the hotel choice didn't disappoint. It felt like a paradise. I'm very thankful to the staff and the hard work they do, will miss our time in Lapu Lapu 🌸

The hotel itself is wonderful, with friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, and daily cleaning. The pools and water park are all in working order. The only downside was the hotel's location; it took a long time to get to any decent attractions.
