MMasaki07I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak.
This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well.
We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit?

NNick S.It's a 30-minute Grab ride from the airport. Two-story guest rooms are built around three swimming pools. I really liked that flip-flops were provided in the rooms. The beach is a lagoon, so there are no waves, but the tidal range is quite significant. Most guests are Asian, with many Japanese families and children. The beach can get quite noisy, especially on weekends, as locals and guests from surrounding hotels visit for the day, and groups set up large tents for events. To avoid this, it's a good idea to book a day tour through the hotel or beach tour desk. It gets quiet at night. The seafood at The Cove restaurant was excellent, and I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Amuma Spa was also great. There's a small convenience store and the Maribago Grill restaurant within walking distance, which were also convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is slightly dated, but overall cleanliness is fine. There is a noticeable humid smell when entering the room, and the toilet also has a slight odor. The shower has strong water pressure, which is good, but the water flow from the basin faucet is quite weak. Breakfast offers mostly Filipino dishes, with an egg station and a selection of bread. Night time downstair restaurant you can have your dinner and drinks but they close 10pm .

View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.
wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

GGuest UserI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

RRIf you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with a refreshing atmosphere in a remote location and especially if you’re into advanced diving this is an excellent place to stay. We stayed for just 1 night, as we wanted to explore other activities and we’re not advanced divers, so we decided to change our plans.
A quick tip: prepare cash in advance. The nearest ATM is quite far from the resort, so you’ll need to take a tricycle or rent a motorbike. The resort only accepts cash.
The highlight for us was the stunning sea view and breathtaking sunset. The property isn’t very large, but with plenty of trees it feels secluded and peaceful. The food was also delicious.

AAnonymous UserLocation is great. It’s near the airport, near the beach, many restaurants and convenience stores around. However the cleanliness of the hotel has so much more to improve. Pillowcases smelled used, so I had it replaced. The duvet cover also has some nasty smell. They do not clean daily. And when they do, they don’t replace towels. They are nice when I’m asking for assistance, but clean sheets and pillows should be a standard and I shouldn’t ask for it pa. Their pool on the third floor is not that safe for children, as some of the tiles are quite lifted up, and it could cause small cut if you’re not careful. But their infinity pool near the beach is great, it’s big and clean. However, water there is expensive, so bring some with you if you decide to go.

GGuest UserLocation is good - walkable to restaurants a lot of them are Korean-owned which reflects higher prices except for Filipino-themed cuisine. Hotel rates are higher so I expected a higher level of service however, I was deeply shocked that when I asked for a bucket of ice, they said they charge P100. I am a traveler from the US and my job exposes me to travel usually 3 to 5 star hotels this hotel pretends to be a four-star hotel but the shocking charge of 100 pesos which is less than two dollars. It’s just so ridiculous. It leaves a bad memory of this hotel for me. I think they are monetizing every little thing and that does not make them classy. We were in a group of four, and we also went to the dinner at patio Gavino rooftop and took the Buffet for 1000 pesos per person, but the selection was limited. It was just a good place to experience being on the rooftop however I have been eating out literally every day in my five weeks trip to the Philippines so I can compare prices the 1000 pesos was not justified maybe more appropriate for 600 pesos per person because there was nothing great about the food selection. I also went in the pool and it was a great four hours of swimming, but considering that they catered to a lot of tourist they should extend their full hours to at least until 10 PM because it is super hot in the Philippines. I can’t understand why they have short pool hours when that is really the main attraction of the hotel. What is great though is there bathroom which is air-conditioned and pretty clean to take showers the breakfast is also pretty good and we had complementary breakfast for two days. The staff were great, but I cannot forget the 100 peso charge for ice this hotel should install ice machines in each floor since that is a big necessity considering how hot it is so for the owners I wish you would reconsider your business way of doing things and trying not to charge every little thing. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I do not want or believe I need to go back to your hotel.

JJEMThe resort is massive and a lot of pools choices. It’s surely built for family and kids. Breakfast is absolutely good. The only thing I can comment on is the check in and check our process. It’s my first time checking in late in the hotel because the room is not available yet, they can only offer you a 1 hour check out extension time. They could have offer a much better complimentary.
