"First of all, I’d like to say my stay at Hotel Tano Guam was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I visited with my 2-year-old daughter for her birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and even upgraded our room so she would have plenty of space to run around. We absolutely loved the room we stayed in. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the Rooms Division Manager, Jerald Aradanas, for the room upgrade and the thoughtful gifts for my daughter! I also want to mention the night shift front desk staffs, Axel and Gene. They gave us such a warm welcome after our long flight and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Thank you, Hotel Tano team! I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guam. Highly recommended!"

"The room was spacious, and the hotel is right on the beach, complete with water slides and an infinity pool! For dinner, we chose the restaurant by the beach, and the portions were huge! I recommend ordering a variety of dishes to share. We were so lucky to see a beautiful rainbow-colored sky 😍 It's also not far from shopping malls and restaurants!"

"Dusit Beach Resort Guam, the hotel I chose for this trip, really stood out for its amazing environment. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking views of Tumon's beautiful ocean, and spending time in the pool, which connects directly to the sea, was incredibly rejuvenating. Personally, I really appreciated the 24-hour fitness center. It allowed me to stick to my training routine and push myself, even while traveling. There's also a great selection of restaurants nearby, including excellent steak houses, so dining options were perfectly satisfactory. It was a wonderful environment that allowed me to refresh myself away from daily life, while also maintaining my own pace."

"The room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue. The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient. Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own. All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient."

"The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby."

"Compassion and care when we needed it most* Our Guam to Manila flight on April 13 was cancelled due to the typhoon, leaving us stranded for 4 days. What could have been a stressful nightmare was made so much easier because of Gual Plaza Hotel. They generously (Front Desk Manager) gave us a discount for our extended stay and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive the entire time. You could really feel that they cared. Thank you, Guam Plaza team, for turning a difficult situation into a reminder that there’s still genuine hospitality and kindness in the world. The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. "The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better."

GGuest UserThe view was lovely, and the pool was excellent. The room felt very clean, perhaps thanks to the wooden floors. I even brought a shower filter with me, and it stayed perfectly clear for all four days, which was a reassuring sign of good water quality. However, the staff service was quite disappointing.

AAbaicaoyuanThis hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

EEl GonzalesWe were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days. The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome. Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special. Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel. Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

KKimdohunI booked a suite family room and requested two additional double beds, but I was pleasantly surprised to find four double beds, which was great. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about this being a budget-friendly resort, but our room didn't have any major issues. However, the floor didn't seem to be cleaned very well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, including the toilet. I recommend bringing a shower filter. The room comes with a coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and water. There are no overhead lights in the room, so you have to use the bedside lamps. The pool is about 10 meters long, and the deep end is around 182 cm. I didn't swim because it seemed like the pool wasn't very well maintained. The location is decent, and they offer luggage storage, but it's just them roping off an area and leaving your bags there.

I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.
