The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, The food in the restaurant is excellent, We had an unfortunate experience with the suite we booked but it was resolved by Wilburt and the extremely helpful reservation staff, Housekeeping in the hotel in the suite unfortunately had been skipped over which was such a shame however was resolved quickly. Views of the bridges is amazing and general areas of the Hotel is immaculate, We have stayed in the King Rooms before which were also immaculate.

Stayed here for three consecutive nights and they do not have housekeeping service. If you need to change towels, you need to leave the old towels at the door and then pick them up at the front desk.

Clean, large, comfortable room. The staff is super friendly! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, the cocktails were very good!!! Varied breakfast.

Disappointing, rooms 3 tone grey, average food, small portions, all round hospitality not up to scratch, wasn’t even asked if I had a nice stay on check out

Had another great stay here.
This is now my go to place when travelling in the area.
Very quiet room, amazing showers and wonderful beds.
The breakfast is always good, great choice.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything about it was superb I was amazed by the cleanliness and attention detail for such a big chain. The staff were excellent in the food was beautiful which is made even more special by that absolutely wonderful view of the three bridges from the restaurant. The room is also super modern and trendy. Can’t wait to return!
