We paid 250 RM a Night for a room without a Window far away from the City centre. No Shops around to Buy water or a snack, only Workshops and garages for Miles, Next to residential Zones. The „retreat“ Faces a Wild Garbage disposal and Some wrecked Cars. Restaurants nearby close After lunch. No points of touristic interest nearby but many mosquitos around. Not Even a television in the room as advertised. The „nice Design“ consists of nothing But painted Concrete Walls. The room is Hot, tropical climate. The housekeeper is nice but doesn‘t speak English or knows the area at all. The Management was Not helpful and only Tries to lure tourists inside. Don‘t stay here, this is not worth your while or your Money and nothing But a total top-off.

Hotel location is near to town. About a 5min grab. The hotel look nice with with rustic look and feel. The room is clean with a dyson(or a look and feel like Dyson) hairdryer. A little thing to take notes is that there is no convenient store in the vacinity and limited food option around the area. But is not a big issue with the cheap grab in ipoh provided that there is time.

This is my honest review. 1. The room: It is clean and comfortable. Lighting could be better as its limited. Bathroom was very clean. Cons: Dressing mirror was dirty and also had a red 'bindi' that hindu females wear on their forehead. Clearly shows the mirror was not cleaned. 2. Price of the room: For its location, I personally feel that it is expensive. This is because for the same price I could get a better deal at 3 4 more hotels in Ipoh city centre which is closer to night live and entertainment. 3. Breakfast was ala carte not buffet. For the price we paid, i honestly expected buffet as that was what was offered in other premises. 4. Parking is available but keep in mind the hotel is part of a shop lot. So the parking is the normal shop lot parkings. 5. Facilities in the room: They do provide tooth brush, tooth paste, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Cons: There were hangers which im not sure if it belongs to the hotel as they were normal colorful hangers. 6. Customer service: Amazing staff. Very presentable.

Before check-in, you need to contact us to find out where to get the key. The other person speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. There is absolutely no problem in communication and the service is very good. The door where the key is taken is locked, so you cannot come out from the entrance. Someone must be outside to open the door. So don't close the door when grabbing the key. The three-bedroom apartment has a hygienic and comfortable environment. There are two swimming pools downstairs, an adult pool and a children's pool. There is also a large playground. The blowing vents of the air conditioner are facing each other, so the clothes on the terrace will dry quickly. Although it is a remote area, there are many delicious food nearby. The most recommended thing is that there are many restaurants on the opposite side, turn right, among which there is a buffet-like restaurant with self-selected meals on the side of the main road, and there is also a small stall with Guiling paste which is delicious and very cheap. Turn left on the main road and there is a bakery with delicious donuts.
