床單看上去沒換過，微波爐壞的，冰箱壞的，燈也壞的，房間有一股尿騷臭味，前台服務員的態度也並不是很好，反正今後是不會再去住了

We walked in and someone was asking to be refunded because their room was dirty and they wanted to leave. Staff was rude to him and when he offered to let us check in before they talked the front desk said no. We had to listen to all of his complaints and he was spot on. Our room was older, no issue with that, but the sheets almost see through were stained and the towels were old and worn also. There were crumbs on the floor in the bathroom and the grout was black like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Breakfast was until 9:30 am and we got there about 8:45. Options were limited and nothing was restocked. No juice, what little crumbs of eggs were left were cold. Do not recommend.

The holtel was ok. The night we checked in the staff member was an old grumpy man. Very rude. The room was fine. The morning breakfast was so so. They need to py attention on the customer service

While the upstairs room would shower there was a huge water leak in our bathroom. It kept us up in the middle of the night. It was gross and terrible. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom.

I liked the location of the property. It was close to shopping and food and close to the main part of town.
I didn't like that our bathroom wasn't clean well before we got there and when we reported it we were told to tell the front desk during breakfast the next morning. It wasn't taken care of immediately but was deep into the next day after another reminder. There was lots of hair on the shower walls and in the tub. When they came to clean it, the lady used just a rag. I don't think there was any disinfectant on the rag or anything. It made me wonder how well the entire place was cleaned and disinfected.
The room also seemed like it could use a deep clean.

When i checked us in the feont desk was a bit rude. During the evening we decided to get into the pool so we did and got back in the room the heater wasn't working. We went to the car to get warm. While we slept we heard a fight upstairs.

Every time we stay here we are never disappointed! Gary is wonderful at the front desk. Great bang for your buck!
