Pricing of 100 Euros for double room is something we are sorry for. Next time we will find something else in same city since I know we would come back. Younger lady on reception was helpful and kind so I can not blame her for anything. The older one female receptionist while checkout weren't that good or kind. During the shower constructors weren't think to taller people or those with a long hair. Usually I use two towels. There only were one per a person. Breakfast. Well. I running travel agency. It means I sleeping in other than Europa hotel in Karlovac. So to describe what the quality or volume at 9;30 was would be too long to write so I better smoke two cigarettes with tasteless coffee after few bites of breakfast.

Superb Rooms and Food. Garage! Close to Zagreb and seaside. Everything you needs. Gym and sauna (Fees) recomendation. Parking lot is very large and Safe ….good value , auick check In and out, best hotel In area fore surr

Good Hotel close to Mainroad 20 minutes to for town Center Clean rooms nice service many parking space also breakfast still fine helpfull service for finding restaurant or City highlihgts. All around good average with positive vibes and very friendly people

Hotel 3 stelle superior non rispettate Poco pulito camere non rifatte ogni giorno Cibo non di qualità e ripetitivo colazione scarsa e non rifornita durante il pasto Servizio scarso bevande portate a fine pasto Non da consigliare. Localizzazione ad un ora da Zagabria e a 1,30 da Plitvice

Partie, en voyage organisé, faire en 10 jours le tour de la Croatie en sept 2023. Une nature splendide et de beaux hôtels fréquentés. A part cet hôtel Europa à Karlovac malheureusement. À mon arrivée, ma chambre 003 avait une forte odeur très désagréable et était dans un état d’insalubrité inacceptable. J’ai changé pour la 006 mais, pas de chance, des blattes dans tous les recoins (derrière les tables de nuit, près de la clim et du frigo par exemple) Le personnel m’a donc proposé une bombe anti-cafards !!!!!! Comme ils n’avaient apparemment pas d’autres chambres disponibles et que je ne pouvais partir seule dans un autre hôtel, quelqu’un est venu, à ma demande, passer l’aspirateur pour tenter de supprimer ces sales petites bêtes !!! Je n’ai tout de même pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit !
