服務熱情，前台的妹子必須贊一下。可惜記不起名字了，實在不好意思。帶小朋友騎行建德綠道，路過住宿，房間不錯，性價比很高。

一行4人從蘇州來新安江旅遊，之前在攜程上定好了酒店，本來預訂的民宿，但擔心環境和衞生，還是決定選酒店，開元悦居在網上看了環境和新舊程度，靠近下涯村，一進門，前台小姐姐莉莉很熱情的幫我做登記，問路問美食都能解答，百分百的贊，真的，莉莉小姐姐很nice，印象深刻哦。

沒有熱水，沒有浴缸套，沒有熱水壺，沒有洗衣皂。美縫到處跑，水池多水垢，床頭全是灰，託盤灰成堆…

五一來杭州玩，定了這家開元，位置有點偏，但是我們自駕所以開始感覺還行。
晚上洗澡的時候沒有熱水，衹有温温的水，衹好趕緊洗了上來，幸好沒有感冒，打了前台電話，後來解釋是説因為停水所以現在在調試沒有熱水，而且水都發黃沒法使用，酒店提供了幾瓶礦泉水洗臉刷牙。
晚上十一點多剛入睡一會就聽見隔壁有人在瘋狂吵鬧，被吵醒無法入睡，房間隔音賊差，與前台溝通是否可以換房，答覆滿房了無法換房，也沒有幫忙與隔壁交涉，以至於凌晨兩點半才能入睡。
電視機和無線網也無法使用，維修師傅弄了很久才修好，因為時間是半夜，所以還是比較感謝維修師傅的。
總體來説，太差，不會再來。
