酒店在縣政府旁邊，在一山邊，比較僻靜，吃很不方便，都要到1公里以外才能找到。酒店服務態度傲慢，總枱內還有椅子，服務人員是坐着接待的，第二天是週末，服務員居然常了孩子來上班，在大堂追逐憘鬧，整體感覺就一招待所的水平。
外面河邊夜景不錯。

環境優美，酒店應該是新裝修的，很不錯。就是辦理入住的時候，前台要給我1.8的床，可我明明買的2.4米床的房間。還好我據理力爭，她才給我2.4米的床。她一直説是平台給她們自己弄的，她們讓改一直沒給她們改，我就服了，平台能操控你們的價格啊，商家自己都有個後台去上下架定價格，當別人**什麼都不懂嗎？我要1.8床我訂另一間不就好了，價格差幾十塊錢，你還想收我2.4床的價格給我1.8米床的房間就很氣人。除了這個其他都很好。早餐也還可以。退房按金也是辦理退房馬上就原路退回了。

1. 入住當天準備睡覺了才發現房間沒空調，詢問服務員後告知在清洗空調，不理解的是酒店清潔維修空調為何選在節假日
2. 幫我更換房間後，發現wifi，電話故障，看太晚了告知服務員明天打掃時找工程師傅幫忙修，誰知晚上回到酒店依然沒修，詢問前台她們根本不知道這回事，當班交接存在問題。
3. 我們住了6晚，服務員沒更換過一次床上用品，退房時問前台，前台沒給任何解釋與答覆，衹回答了“沒換嗎？”
4.酒店管理懶散，缺乏服務經驗，從前台辦理入住服務員坐着辦理，沒有笑容，到樓層服務員走廊説話聲音大，本來隔音就差，走廊聊天説話更是影響客人休息。整體入住體驗沒達到這個房價

新裝修的酒店，乾淨整潔，熱情服務有賓至如歸的感覺！不愧為政府指定酒店。清晨還能聽到小鳥的叫聲，鬧中取靜，2樓的早餐廳，種類多樣，沒想到還能吃到當地的特色辣腸粉！一次很不錯的體驗
