房間收拾的乾淨衞生，整潔温馨，生活用具用品齊全，有種回到家的感覺。房東熱情周到，不僅提供了家裡設施丶設備丶停車等訊息，而且提供了詳細點旅遊指南，雖未謀面但感覺如同親人般親切。如有機會還會預訂。

房子離趵突泉景區很近，特別方便；房間裝修温馨，也很舒適；房東熱情周到。向大家推薦！

首先要特別誇獎一下房東，因為天氣的原因，聯繫之後都幫着辦理了提前入住，真的是太貼心了！ 再就要特別説下民宿的位置，很好找！而且真的太方便了，旁邊就是萬達，附近屬於商圈範圍內，距離景點看了下導航，大概步行700-900米（目前未實地踩點，僅供參考哦～） 民宿環境、衞生都很不錯，準備的拖鞋洗的也蠻乾淨的！

房東小姐姐人很好，房子也乾淨整潔，一開始還有點怕衞生問題，看房後很滿意，唯一缺點就是停車收費，早上想早點走，樓下停車管理員沒在，房東姐姐給解決的，很感謝。

適合一家入住，距離趵突泉景區和泉城廣場不遠。小區雖然沒有停車場，但小區外就有付費停車場，很方便。樓下就餐也很方便。

房間乾淨整齊，到各個景區都很方便，比如趵突泉大明湖泉城廣場等等，帶孩子去了科技館博物館樓下也有可直達的公交，很方便。
