離市場很近，入畲鄉也近，缺點臨街實在太吵了，睡覺汽車在頭邊，淋雨廁所門算透明，最無語是洗澡全開放毫無私隱

性價比不錯，最大缺點沒電梯，要爬兩三層樓，長者不友好，有送沙糖桔，有茶和咖啡機，小吃，這方面不錯，但是房間設計不算很好，很多台階！
