Lavande Hotel (Lavande Building)

I didn’t expect it to be full during the Spring Festival. I used to stay at the Lavande Hotel on business trips. I never expected that a hotel would open in my hometown. The advantage is that the location is great, it is a new hotel, the price/performance ratio is good, the TV is cable TV, the lady at the front desk and the cleaning lady are very kind and friendly. The disadvantages are that the water in the wash basin is slow, the TV cannot cast the screen according to the prompts, the stairs do not have card security facilities, anyone can go up, the restaurant is too small, there are too few tables, and there is no table or plate for breakfast at 9 o'clock.

The hotel is in a good location, very new, and the service is very good The hotel also has a laundry room and dryer with complete facilities. The room is large and clean. There is a lavender aroma diffuser in the room. Recommended

位置挺好，旁邊有很多吃飯的地方，停車也很方便。房間乾淨整潔，也比較安靜，挺適合出差的朋友。

莒南最好的酒店了，確實不錯環境乾淨，衞生，服務也很好！

房間超大，佈局合理。床也睡得很舒服服的。

前台很好看，建議增加點化粧經費，工作服建議提升檔次有助於提升客户回購率，早餐一般，品種不用太多，質量稍微好點就行，太差的東西別上了，客人用的10洗衣機建議強調下紀律或者管控措施，別讓員工晚上佔著，客人影響使用，工作服一看就是打掃衞生或者工程累的，住宿條件很好，設備很新

房間無線密碼特別長，一進房間，電視聲音特別大，然後還關不了。這個價位衹能語音無線控制都沒有，前台服務也很一般，問個房間密碼讓我自己找卡片。還有就是最重要的，熱水斷斷續續的，洗個澡特別煩，太對不起300多這個價位了，還沒有我住的一百多的好，除了房間大一點。

非常差的一次入住體驗，明明訂的商務大房，但是由於房間沒有打掃完，給開的普通房間，最吐槽的是早餐，質量太差了，接近300的房費，沒見那麼差的早餐，服務太一般，給的房卡還打不開門……

很不錯的一次商務差旅居住，房間乾淨，交通便利，樓下還有瑞幸，服務體驗滿分，如果下次去還會再選擇這裏。
