My family really enjoyed the stay and the scenic view of the lake nearby. The rooms were decent and i would like to visit the resort again

It was huge music playing whole night which created headache for me and my family. It was waste of money and experience. They changed the room after midnight fight with hotel staff but it was too late.

Located close to the lake this resort is amazing with its breathtaking views as well with the wide variety of food menu and the chef here has done an excellent job both qualitatively and quantitatively. Rooms are spacious and offer very cozy comfort with a lot of space and plenty of furniture. The cycling ride too was good for an evening stroll to the lakeside and boating.

Receptionist was not supportive, many of mentioned were not workitor under reparation. Food was good. Lake view is only visible from premium cottages. In pictures also only premium cottages rooms and view is uploaded. Not at all worth the price and hype

Luxury and boutique resort just for name sake, they don't have basis c amemtities. A lot of upgrade needed on hotel infra, service wise restaurant staff is very poor. Papad comes after you finish food, coffee comes 2 hours after you have ordered, till then time has changed from coffee to beer.

My experience in saj by the lake was mesmerizing. The resort make you forget about all your city hassles. You can sit for hrs in the balcony and stare at the lake and mountains sipping your favorite drink, be it chi or beer. Waiting and housekeeping staff were super kind. Front office staff can learn to smile from them. I can't wait to go back to this place during monsoon.

One of the best properties in Malshej ghat area. Located right next to the Lake. The staff is very courteous and the property is well maintained.

I would say extremely overpriced for a weekend visit..they get customers only due to instagram promotions..property faces clean lake..yet mgmt has never bothered to promote activities like boating and bird watching..there are stones ***** pathways towards rooms..ideally it should be tiled, neat and clean..bed is uncomfortable..for price charged per day it should be super comfortable...food is very average..and for 450 bucks breakfast is dead ordinary..select items in lunch and dinner r ok..surprise surprise the maharashtrian specialty like misal was poor in taste...and lastly..reception has a very impolite woman..hotel industry needs polite people...finally approach roads towards the resort are sad and have loads of potholes..so it's a fight driving..plus points r the lake with nice birds around and also sunrise view there

Very beautiful property, support staff and average food. The sunrise near the lake is a must. The breakfast was good but the lunch and dinner was below average, we had to cancel and complain and then we got a better quality of food but that too was average
